Chapter 4: No more Duncan

    "Hey, can we talk?" "No". "I'm here to say I'm sorry. I didn't want Courtney to get suspicious". "Of what? We're just friends". "With benefits". Duncan leaned in and kissed me. But instead of getting a warm fuzzy feeling, his lips were ice cold. And I suddenly was hit. I couldn't tell who did it but it came out of no where.
    *Morning campers! Today we are having an actual challenge since everyone wants to ignore the rules and not do it. If you don't complete the challenge, you will be eliminated! Meet me at the cafeteria!* It was a dream? It felt so real yet, so fake. Like we were never meant to be together, and also, dream Duncan actually apologized! What a jerk. It's time I get into game mode and kick some ass! I got up and brushed my hair. Man it's a mess today.
     When I got to the cafeteria I took a deep breath before opening the door. The stinging feeling on my cheek came back from when Courtney scratched me. I walked inside and almost died laughing when I saw Courtney with a black eye and a busted lip she tried too hard to cover. Her face has never had so much makeup on it before. Lashana motioned me to sit beside her so I grabbed a tray and sat down. "Girl, you sure did a number on her. What did she do?" "Me and Duncan was talking and she just hit me. I guess she was jealous because of all the time Duncan was hanging out with me instead of her. Then she insisted on Duncan stop talking to me and he agreed! Then I just attacked her". "Why did you get so worked up about that? Normally you just brush it off. Looks like you like him." "Trust me, I do not like him. He's like a brother to me that can never talk to me again". "Well, I hope you guys work it out". "I don't want too, how could he be so whipped to ditch his best friend over some "C.I.T that probably slept her way to that position". "I can tell your still angry." Jeoff came over with Bridgette and sat with us. I'm so glad they decided to participate in this season or I swear I would go insane. "Have you saw Courtney giving you the evil eye since you walked in?" "I don't really care, she can suck it". *Morning campers, today your challenge is to compete in a match. Not just any match, a boxing match! Since everyone obviously has some beef with someone, we decided to let you take out all your anger and destroy them. The winner will go up against the other winner until only one stands. We will choose your competitor for your first match and then we will let you decide (if you win) who you will face next. The winner will get a free pass so they cannot be voted off. The time starts now!*
     I walked outside and saw a moderately sized boxing ring. Chris was standing in the middle of the ring. "You guys will be split up into teams, one is mine and the other is Chef. We will guide you guys during the match and provide water or health kits if you really need it. The only thing we have are band-Aids so don't get hurt", Chris started laughing and gave us an evil look. "Chef, choose first". "I call Gwen! Girl can hit". I laughed and looked at Courtney.
Chris's team: Heather, Harold, Dj, Trent, Lyndsey, Bridgette, Alejandro, Courtney, Owen, Tyler, and Ezekiel
Chefs team: Me, Duncan, Noah, Cody, Sierra, Izzy, Lashana, Geoff, Katie, Satie, Beth

Each team is equally bad and good, maybe some more then others. The first person up was Lashana and Heather. Heather came up and slapped Lashana and then it went down hill from there. Man can Lashana fight. Up next it was my turn. I was excited to see who it would be and it was Lyndsey. I told her the objective was to lay on the floor until I count to 10 and it worked. She is really dumb! Geoff walked up and congratulated me. He's a really great guy. "I'm sure you will do awesome!" "Hopefully, I have to go up against Dj. He's kinda big". "I'm sure you can take him". "Good luck kiss?" Umm what? "You have a girlfriend... My best friend". "I was just kidding, well anyway, see you on the other side". "Yeah... Sure". Was he hitting on me? Anyway, Trent, Bridgette, Alejandro, Courtney, Owen, Me, Duncan, Satie, Geoff, and Sierra advanced to the next round. This one was were people could choose who they went up against. I already new Courtney was out for blood after what happened yesterday. I chose Satie because she seemed the easiest and after all I am trying to win. The first match was Duncan vs Trent. Two of the people I hate the most. Trent looked angrier then ever. "What's your problem? Trying to act tough so you can win back your girl? Well you can have her". "Who? Gwen? I'm over her. This is just about me and you." "Sure doesn't seem that way". I felt kinda bad for Trent because he was just trying to stick up for himself and in the end he was going to get destroyed. Trent gave me a saddened look and then took off. He jumped at Duncan and hit him in the face faster then light. "This is for constantly being an asshole". He punched him in the gut. "This is for always flirting with Gwen when we was together". He punched him in the face. "And this is for stealing the love of my life away and then treating her like shit"! He grabbed him and through him out of the ring. By the time they counted to 10 Duncan was out cold. I never knew Trent was the fighting type. And also, Awww. Trent smiled at me and walked off. I don't think I like Trent anymore but what he did was awesome. The next person fighting was Bridgette and Sierra. Sierra won. I was hoping the person I was going up against was not Courtney. I didn't feel like fighting her. "Up next is Gwen and Sadie"! Thank god. I easily wrestled her into the ground and pinned her. She didn't put up much of a fight. The people in the last part was Trent, Lashana, Sierra, Me, Courtney, and Noah. Lashana got Courtney, I got Sierra, and Trent got Noah. Trent won and since Chris wasn't allowed to let him fight girls he decided their would be a girls division and a boys division. Trent won the guys and now it was just us. Courtney won against Lashana because she pulled her hair out. I beat Sierra because I threatened to hurt Cody. Great. It was just me and Courtney. I was getting ready for my match and Chef was giving me a pep talk when Duncan walked up to me and kissed me. The bell rung and all I could remember was Courtney hitting me in the face. And Duncan kissing me.
