After the new arrival of people to the island, it had been hectic. Chris continued to boot people daily and soon there was only a handful of people left. As the days went by, worries continued to flood my mind. What if I didn't win? All of this would have been for nothing...
"Morning campers. Today is a very special day because today is the grand finale!" I choked on a piece of burnt toast I had been hazardly munching on and looked at Duncan who wore the same shocked expression as I did. We both had made a deal that if one of us won the money, we would share it. After all, Duncan is the reason I made it this far. Without him, I probsly would have quit myself. Cody was kicked from the island last night after he lost the challenge. Noah kissed him goodbye and he was shot out of a canon. How romantic.
I finished my breakfast and studied the competition. Zooey, Noah, and Courtney remained. Duncan chuckled at how our odds wasn't very good, but I decided to stay optimistic given our situation. We had to win.
"The challenge is simple. First person to the finish line win. Oh- it also starts now." once he said this, everyone jumped up from their seat and bolted out the door. I rushed beside Duncan, but Courtney was still in the league. We neared a dock that had the black and white painting on the bottom. Everyone who had been kicked was watching close by. They cheered once we all neared the pavement. Everyone was running their hardest trying to reach it first. I decided to use a stick to my advantage and trip Courtney. She tumbled to the grown, bringing Duncan with her. I continued running until I finely reached the finish line. As my food passed, a trumpet sounded and Chris came out with a huge grin on his face.
"Congrats! You win the mill. What do you plan on doing with it?"
"Well..."
Two months later
Gwen now lived in a mansion with her family, not to mention she's also dating Duncan.
Courtney and Trent ran away together.
Noah and cody got married behind their parents back and now live happily ever after.
"And to think I was about to quit." mumbled Gwen as she sat on her bed beside Duncan.
"Hey sweetie! Chris called, he wants to make another offer on the new season." shouted Gwen's mom.
Oh great... Now what.
Sorry this was horribly rushed but its time I move on, and I wanted to just create an ending. This is goodbye, for now.
