Chapter 54

Riley's POV

Tonight is the best night of my life. I'm engage to Dylan, my parents and his dad are very happy for both us.

The party lasted until late at night our parents went home earlier than the rest of us. Me and Dylan are here at the garden at the back of his house laying down on the grass star gazing. While our friends went home not long ago, I check my watch and its 2am but I didn't care. I decided that I would stay here for the night since its okay with my parents and his dad.

"Wife" Dylan called me.

"Hmmm?"

"Are you happy?" he asks me.

I sit up and look at him, he just looks at me. I smiled at him and rested my head on my chest and hug him, I felt his hand from my back.

"I'm not just happy, I'm very happy" I hug him tighter. "What about you?" I ask him as I look at him.

"You don't have to ask me because I'm very much the happiest the guy in the world since you said yes to me proposal" He said smiling at me.

I move beside him and lay down on the grass with my head resting on him arm.

I raise my right hand and look at my engagement ring. It shines like a star, Dylan suddenly grab my hand and kiss it.

"You have no idea how lucky I am having you in my life, you mean the world to me Wife" He said while looking at the stars.

I hold his cheek and move his head so he can look at me. Our eyes we're locked at each other.

"And you have no idea how lucky I am to have you in my life, you made my life exciting" I said

He slowly leans in towards me, I close my eyes and I felt his soft lips on mine. He places his hands on my waist while I put both my hands in his neck. He kisses me deep and passionately. He pulled me closer to him until there is no more space between us.

I love this guy and I'm so happy I will spend the rest of my life with him.

Dylan's POV

Kissing Riley is the best feeling ever, our kiss turn out to be a make out session since it lasted longer than I expected.

We we're out of breath when we stop kissing. I looked into her eyes, the eyes of my future. I kiss her forehead and hug her tight.

"I love you Wife"

I felt her hugging back. "I love you too Hubby"

We stayed in that position for minutes, I felt that she's not moving anymore so I looked at her and she's sleeping. I check my watch it's already 3:20am. I slowly move away from her and carried her bridal style inside the house. I walked to my room and close the door with my foot, I walk towards my bed and slowly put her down. I took off her shoes and place the blanket on her. I sat down at the side of the bed and look at her, I remove the hair strands blocking her face.

I kiss her forehead. "I love you" I whispered and stand up.

The next day...

Riley's POV

The bright light from the window is blinding me. I tried to move but I can't so I slowly open my eyes and I saw Dylan's face infront of me his arm is around my waist. I couldn't help but smile waking up to mornings like this is the best feeling. The first thing you see is the face of the person you love.

I keep staring at him.

"Take a picture it will last longer" He said while his eyes are still close.
