Chapter 12: Car Ride

Riley's POV

I didn't get enough sleep last night so I woke up really early. I checked my alarm clock it's 5:28am. "Ugh!" I don't want to get up but something is pulling me to get ready so I went straight to the bathroom and bathe. I change my clothes after I'm just wearing tight pants, Sleeveless black top paired with a blue jacket and my blue vans. I comb my hair and looked at my human size mirror. "Perfect"

I went down and head straight to the kitchen and saw a note hanging on the fridge.

Note:"Riley dear me and your father went to office early we didn't wake you because we were in a hurry, I already prepared your breakfast just heat it up. We love you. –Mom"

I saw my breakfast in the table covered so I heated it up. I check my watch its already "6:17am looks like I'll be at school early again" I ate my breakfast fast, put my plate in the sink I clean it up later I grab my bag and went out.

The moment I got out I saw someone standing out the gate I walked closer and saw....

"Dylan?" I opened the gate. He looks at me and smiled, he walks towards me.

"Good Morning" He greeted me.

"Good morning, what are you doing here?" I ask.

"I came by to pick you up" He said smiling.

I felt my cheeks are getting hot. I'm blushing. "W-why?" I felt shy.

"I don't know, I felt like it"

He felt like it? I don't get him.

"Let go?" Dylan.

"U-uhm... O-okay" Do I have a choice to refuse him. Beside he came just in time my scooter is not working I was about to ride a cab anyway.

"Great" He said and took my bag from my hand.

I was about to say something but he walked towards his car so just followed him. He opens the door for me. "Thanks" I said and went in. he gave me my bag and close the door.

He ran around and went inside the car he puts his seatbelt on and so did I. He started the car, it's was silent ride until we reach the school. He parks his car, went out and runs to my side to open the door for me. Who knew he was a gentlemen. "Thanks" I said and smiled at him.

"You're welcome, oh Riley before I forget go to the council office after school" He said and closes the door.

"Okay. Thanks for the ride" I said. He just smiled at me and I walked away.

That was amazing. It's the first time I rode his car, he was such a gentlemen. I'm blushing so hard right now and my heart is beating so fast. I walked straight to my classroom.

Dylan's POV

I am going to fetch Riley this morning. I woke up really early just so I can fetch her. The moment I arrive at her house I saw her nanny cleaning outside.

"Good morning" I greeted her. She looks up to me.

"Good morning to you too dear. You're Riley's friend right?" She asks me.

"Yeah, just call me Dylan. Anyway is Riley still here?"

"Yes, she's eating her breakfast" she said.

"Oh, I see. I'll just wait for her here then"

"Okay. She'll be out soon" she said to me smiling.

"Thanks" I said and went back to my car and I lean.

I waited. I saw someone coming out from the main door and it's was Riley. She looked at my direction, looks confuse so walks towards the gate.
