tThe YouTubers huddled around a computer in one of the rooms. Carrie was sat at the computer and she had opened the internet. "It's been so long since I've been on this website. I don't even know what its like anymore. Quiet I would assume, what with the BBC wiping us out slowly. The YouTube homepage loaded on the screen and everyone was mesmerized. "I forgot how much I liked the layout" said PJ. "Shut up. We all hated it" said Chris. "Is this really the time, you two?" Carrie asked. She typed Becoming YouTube episode 1 into the search bar and clicked on the first result. "Zoe, do you know around the point it was said?" she asked. "No. I can't really remember at all. It might not even be those episodes. YouTube is so hazy these days" she said sadly. "Well I guess we'll just have to watch them all until we find it." And so through every episode they went, until they stopped on episode 9. "Episode 9: What YouTube Isn't. Sounds like it could be." They sat through the first 4 minutes until they heard it. "I wouldn't mimic TV. They're killing to get my views." Everyone turned and looked at the computer. There on the screen was Charlie McDonnell. "So that's where it came from. It's almost as if he predicted it..." Carrie said. "Carrie... If the BBC is hunting down YouTubers, and we're all here, why isn't Charlie?" asked Louise. "As far as I know, I was the first to be targeted. It wouldn't make much sense, I have no connection to the BBC and one of the less known people on YouTube, so I started this. With the help of the YouTube admins before... well. We all know what happened there. But maybe I wasn't the first. Maybe I just had the idea first. Just because there aren't other YouTubers here doesn't mean they're dead. They could be hiding" said Carrie. "Well that's a problem" said PJ. "We have no idea where he is. How will we be able to ask him about all this?" "Exactly. We could have passed him in the street and not known. Except..." She reached into an inside pocket in her jacket. "We have this. A final gift from the YouTube admins" She held up a tag with a YouTube play button on it. "When you upload a video on YouTube, there is an option to put your recording location. No-one ever does, because no-one wants to be stalked. The option is made possible by this. A simple map tracker." She spun it around in her hand "Carrie... how come we never knew about this?" asked Chris. "The admins said it was to be used in the direst of emergencies. I've tried using it but I can't figure out how it works. I think it's supposed to unite us in some way. But I---" She stopped and stared at the tag. It was suddenly glowing red and making a quiet, high-pitched noise. "Its never done this before. What does it mean? she wondered. "Maybe it means a YouTuber is close by! Plug it into the computer!" shouted Chris. Carrie put it into the USB drive and a program opened on the screen. A map of London appeared. "The whole of London... why this?" "Where is the warehouse on here?" asked Chris. "I think it's that blue square. And look! There's a flashing red dot not 1 mile from here. A quick tube journey into the city would soon get us there but we'd have to leave now." said PJ. Carrie stood up "Ok everyone. Pack anything you think will help us. If the BBC are hunting YouTubers, let's show them how its done!" And the crowd filed out into the afternoon air.
