Chapter 7:The embarrassment begins

Dear Sting-chan,

Today, I died.

Of humiliation (and some injuries),

One of the things Natsumi admired about her parents was how they always worked together. When they would be taking care of Natsumi, when they would do chores. Everything. Even their job.

Her parents had their own little business. They would help organizing events and stuff. Her mother even made beautiful dresses on the side to earn a bit extra. But having a job like this involved travelling around a lot. Normally Natsumi would've stayed with Sting and his parents. But not this time.

"Don't go! Don't you know she's called she-devil for a reason?" Natsumi held on to her mother and refused to let go. They managed to let the guild watch her. But since Mirajane insisted, she'll get to take Natsumi out today.

"Sweetie you have to let go of mommy's leg. You'll be fine. And this is a very important job."

"That's right princess. You'll be staying with your friends for just a few days. We'll be back before you know it."

Natsumi pouted. "Why can't the fat rich guy get someone else? He's rich enough."

"Exactly, he's very rich so we get paid a lot for this."

She still wasn't convinced to let her parents go. Her parents would be gone for 3 full days! The first day Mira (god rest natsumi sole)  would watch her, the second Gray and the third (because the parade was coming up and no-one else could watch her.) would be Laxus and his little fan club.

Jill whispered in Natsumi's ear, "If we go, you can go on some jobs with Gray. ~"

Natsumi was sitting at a table in the guild. Mira had to work in the morning and as soon as the clock hit twelve, Mira wanted to take her out shopping.

But right now Natsumi was bored. She was watching how Happy tried to flirt with Carla.

Maybe she could go swimming! She hopped of the chair and walked towards Mira. "Mira~ is it alright if I go swimming in the pool?" She asked doing her cutest pose and face as possible. And it worked. "Of course Natsu! Do you have a swimsuit?" Natsumi nodded. It was in her backpack she had to pack for the next days.

Zeref watched from the shadows how Natsumi was playing in the water with some of the other guild members. It was an adorable sight to behold. But after five years watching your sibling doing the same cute things over and over again it got a bit boring. So he got an idea.

He already brought her back to life. Twice. So he was allowed to have a little fun.

So he's going to let her forget some things she still knew from her past life. Not her magic or reading and writing. No, one of the things he made her forget was that.

Natsumi had thrown the beach ball at Levy. When she suddenly felt weird. Did she forget something?

But she was cut from her thoughts when Levy had walked towards her. "It's almost twelve o' clock Natsu. Let's get you dressed so Mira can take you into town."

Natsumi took Levy's hand and when she saw the jealous face of a certain iron dragons slayer she stuck her tongue out.

Gajeel walked up to her, and being a 5 year old got scared and she started to running and slipped because of the wet floor.

Mira was walking with Natsumi through a clothing store. Natsumi had a bandage with a cat on her knee. Speaking of cats, she wanted Happy to come to, but Mira wouldn't have that because of happy making fun of natsumi for wearing girly clothes .

"Ne~Natsumi~ isn't this cute?" Mira held a frilly pink dress in her hands. Without giving it a proper look Natsumi had already decided. "No. I hate pink clothes."

Mira sighed. She looked into the clothing rack and pulled out the same, but in white with a pink ribbon around the waist. "How about this one? You can wear it to special occasions."

"No." Natsumi answered stubbornly. She was still the same person after all.

"Natsumi you're going to try this on. Now." Natsumi's head shot up. If she was an enemy she's sure Mira would have transformed in her devil form.

"Y-Yes ma'am!"I will do anything you say just don't turn into the devil

Natsumi was sitting with Mira at a small café drinking some juice. Mira had been really mad earlier. Natsumi tried to burn one of the dresses in the changing room so she wouldn't have to try it on. Let's say a certain someone noticed and went full devil mode.

The back of her head still hurt. She's just happy she won't have to stay with Mira for the other days to. Don't get her wrong. She likes Mira a lot. But she can be really scary.

Today was very embarrassing so far, first she slipped in front of EVERYONE, then she got scolded in PUBLIC and not to forget the clothes Mira bought. She's sure her mother would make sure she'd wear them.

After drinking her juice it was time to go back to the guild for some dinner. Her mother had gave her money to pay for food at the guild and her babysitters would be paid to.

Natsumi was about to sit down and order food when Mira told her to follow her. They went into the infirmary which was empty, and Natsumi noticed the bag Mira was carrying.

She tried slipping away but the she-devil had already expected that and had caught Natsumi before she knew it. And said in her devil voice, "Natsumi, I bought you a pretty dress and you'll wear it to show everyone. And if you dare to ruin it over dinner..."

Natsumi shuddered. "Yes ma'am... I promise just don't kill me"

Natsumi let herself fall on the bed she'd sleep in tonight. She'll be sleeping in one of the infirmary beds for the upcoming days, and she won't be alone. Happy would stay with her.

"Natsu what's wrong?" Natsumi opened her eyes and looked at Happy. He's much more worried and protective over her as he used to when she was still Natsu Dragneel. She doesn't blame him.

She raised her hand laid it on her head. "Don't worry buddy. It was just an embarrassing day, with this dress and all."

Happy nodded. "Aye, I would've had a tough day to with Mira as babysitter. But tomorrow will be Gray's turn right? We could go on some jobs and stuff."

"Yep, that way I'll also gain my control over my magic back way faster." She yawned. "But let's go to sleep for now."

She jumped of the bed and walked to her backpack to find her pajamas. But she couldn't find them, instead she found a cute, pink nightdress.

 i know what i do i tell laxus she loves him it's a secret that I promise not to tell but since I died and became a girl that rule does not apply to me anymore and i will replace all her clothes with guys clothes to see how she liked it

Her head fell with a sigh. Guess she has no other choice.

She put the thing on and crawled back in bed with a storybook, and Happy lay down on her stomach. And after reading half way through the story she fell asleep.
