My father..............

That was the only thing that kept repeating over and over in Ravia's head as she stared at Lucifer, no her father. As she continued stared at him she realized that there were something's that she had in common with her father such as the patrician nose which they both share, the ever present mischievous glint that was in their eyes...then again it's Lucifer she was staring at.

Mischief must be apart of his job description, right? Ravia thought to herself.

The sound of someone clearing their throat was heard across the room and Ravia was roused from her thoughts. She then realized that she had zoned off into another subspace of her mind for the second time. Her cheeks brightened with a blush that was evident against her dark skin at being caught. Ravia then looked up at her father with a somewhat sincere look and offered a shy smile.

"Sorry about that ," she apologized. "Kinds zoned of a while ago....."

Lucifer chuckled.

"That's alright..I won't burn you with a pitch fork for that...,"he drawled with a smirk.

He then laughed out with that booming baritone of his when he saw Ravia's eyes bulged out and her mouth dropped open. If flies were passing by she would surely caught a mouthful. Lucifer sat down on one of the antique sofa that was in the room and patted the space next to him. A simple gesture letting her know to sit beside him. Ravia stared at the space he patted, slightly hesitant about taking a seat next to him. Realizing this Lucifer seized his laughter and placed a friendly smile on his face.

"Dear heart I was only joking," he said. "I'm completely harmless."

Ravia gave him a suspicious look that rivalled that of Sherlock Holmes cautiously sat a good five inches away from him. Lucifer seeing this started to laugh again but stopped after a while. He looked around the room and saw that his servants were still there in the room and silently told them to leave. He then turned to Cornelio who was still smiling at the reunion between father and daughter.

"You have the next four free of work. Leave do I cab talk to my daughter," said Lucifer.

My daughter.

That sounded lovely coming from his mouth. Lucifer waited until Cornelio had left the room before turning to Ravia with a smile and received a slightly hesitant one. He got up and placed an old record on the antique record player that stood by the old grandfather clock then slowly seated himself back on the sofa. Soft music then began to slowly play with a calm but beautiful resonance in the room. Ravia hearing this beautiful sound felt the tension slowly left her body.
Lucifer noticed this and smile.

"Mozart," he said.

"Uh..what?" She asked.

"The composition playing is Mozart's Requiem." He answered.

" Oh," nodded Ravia. " That's some good music. You have a good taste in music..."

Lucifer smiled.

"Thank you. Its a nice way of calming the atmosphere," he stated.

"Hmm."

"Okay....I know we started off on the wrong leg so let's start over?"

Ravia shook her head in agreement and pointed at him to start.

"Alright. My name is Lucifer Angelus Maximus Beaconium."

Blah! Such a mouthful. Ravia thought. His freaking initials is lamb. LAMB! Oh the innocence!!!

" Cool name. I'm Ravia Katya Fontaine."

"Ah! Your middle name was your mother's mother 's first name."

"Yeah. I know."

"So my birthday is the twentieth of December."

"It is the same as mine," replied Lucifer with a grin.

"Awesome!" Exclaimed Ravia sarcastically.

Lucifer laugh.

"Sarcasm well noted."

"Sorry. Bad habit of mine...."

Lucifer smiled.

"That's okay. We all have our fault. I have my temper as one of them. When the thunder rolls just know I'm angry."

Ravia grinned. So far my old man ain't bad at all. She thought.

Buzzzzzzzz!

She felt her phone vibrated and saw that she got a message asking if she was okay from Jonah. She quickly typed that she was OK.

"Is everything okay there?"

"Yeah. Just Jonah asking if I'm okay."

"The blue haired guy?"

"Yeah that's him."

The music that was forgotten wafted loudly in the room as it hit a crescendo. You could feel all the emotions that was throughout the composition. Emotions so erratic they were beautifully portrayed as a calm melody......

"You know," started Lucifer. " I know its too soon but you can call me daddy or papa to lessen the awkwardness..."

Ravia erupted with laughter. Lucifer then frowned.

"You don't have to call me that if you don't want to. It was just a suggestion."

"Its OK Daddy," replied Ravia and Lucifer smiled hearing that.

Maybe. Maybe he's not not that bad at all. Thought Ravia as she looked at Lucifer.

Her father.

At this very moment as Ravia stared up at her father. A smile could be seen on her face as she's learning about apart of herself that she never knew existed. So far its been good. Now she's looking forward to learn more.

Next time I'll bring Jonah along to formerly introduce to my father. He'll surely love that.......
