A Family Made...

A small 5 year old blonde haired boy sat crying on a swing, drowning himself in his self pity but also hatred as he never understood why people avoided him. He knew about the lazy ass fox but the fox - in his opinion- wasn't all bad, he acted like the father he had yet never knew. You see kurama told little Naruto about what happened to his parents...

-FLASHBACK-

'Hey brat!!!!' the great kyuubi roared, awaking the 3 year old jinchuuriki from his sleep. 

Naruto jumped, startled "where am I?" Naruto replied surprising calmly. 

'What?' The fox questioned, somewhat disappointed, 'no ahhhh who are you...?' questioned the fox.

"Well I figured that would take way too much effort, and since I have just woke up.... and you are kinda behind bars, ya know. But thinking about it, sure, who are ya?" The blonde considered, surprisingly like a Nara.

'I am the fearsome kyuubi, the strongest of all tailed beasts!' replied the kyuubi with another roar, loudly than the one before for effect. 

Naruto tilted his head in cute confusion "but why you here?" asked the boy softly not wanting a busted ear drum from the fox. 

'I am sealed within you, trapped here until you die and in which event I will also die, brat' answered the tailed beast. 

The blonde head looked the fox in the eye and spoke softly " How horrible, to be locked up and having no choice in the matter, only to die afterward." 

The fearsome beast blinked and looked at the boy in a new light, he suddenly looked wise beyond his years and yet broken 'Must be because I am sealed within him, those innocent villages sending him hatred filled words...' thought the kyuubi in sadness for the boy. "Mister fox, why do people hate me? I've been trying to find a reason but I can't find one. No-one will tell me." the blonde asked innocently. 

The fox sighed 'Let me tell you a story, boy....' the kyuubi told the story of the not so distant past about how he killed his parents under the control of an masked uchiha, and how this resulted in him being sealed inside the boy. 

Ending his story, the fox looked at the boy expecting to see the familiar look of hatred. "It isn't your fault mister fox, you was controlled... I don't hate you" the tailed beast's eyes widen in shock 'this boy did he just.... accept me?' kyuubi thought, Naruto looked the fox in the eye showing nothing but sincerity and said "hey, can i be you f-friend?" 

'Why... why would you want me to be your friend?' the beast asked curiously yet secretly hopefully 

"Well you look lonely and I'm lonely so.... Jiji say that you need something in common with another to become their friend." Naruto finished not knowing how to explain and so looked down 

'Sure... kit, I'll be your friend' the blondes head snapped up, eyes wide before grinning madly, and then confusion as something just dawned on him.

"Hey mister fox, what's your name? I mean you can't really be called kyuubi... right?" Naruto asked unsure, he didn't know much about demons and their kind. 

'Kurama, the name's kurama little one' kurama replied softly, looking at the boy with something similar to love, his heart of hate slowly disappearing "Ok, kurama. see ya later?" asked Naruto.

'Anytime' kurama replied simply.

-FLASHBACK END-

Getting off his swing he made his way to the forest's lake, a place he often found peaceful.

A boy could be seen on top of a abandoned roof. The dark haired boy softly sobbed to himself wondering why his clan, his family, his light has died. 'Why?' he thought to himself over and over 'Why me?' before jumping off the roof and making his way to the forest to hopefully clear his mind.

The sound of a slap was heard in a house, in that little house was a pinked haired girl with a slightly big forehead. The girl's father stormed towards her, making the girl shiver and quake in fear before slapping her once again, grabbing her light cherry hair and tossing her into her room like trash. 'Why?' the girl wondered while opening her window and making a quick escape before her father come back, running into the forest with her eyes shut tightly. Tears falling.

The three children ran straight into each other as a result of not looking where they were going. Gasping in surprise the 5 year olds fell onto the floor. "W-who are you guys?" Naruto asked frightened by their sudden appearance. "

S-sakura" answered the pink headed girl.

"Sasuke" followed the dark haired boy. 

"M-my names Naruto, Naruto Uzumaki" replied Naruto when both children looked at him. "What's wrong, Sasuke, Sakura?"Naruto asked then he realised the broken expressions that they held. He didn't want anyone to feel like that. Both looked at the boy who spoke searching for something invisible on his face, only to see pure worry and curiosity on his face. 

" My father... he hit me again" Sakura whispered afraid if she spoke too loudly he may hear her. She looked up slowly, wondering if they may hate her because of this, instead she was embraced by the two boys and heard them whispering something along the lines of 'how horrid' stupid lame ass father' and 'i'll beat him up real good'. 

She burst into tears crying out very thing she had kept inside, after a few minutes she calmed herself only to hear a quiet "My cla- my family was killed by my only brother." Sasuke continued " He killed them all, apart from me. He told me t-to become strong and kill him a-and that's what I will do" Naruto and Sakura looked at Sasuke sympathetically before tackling him into a hug, which again resulted in him crying. After he calmed himself down he looked up to see Sakura crying for him and Naruto tilting his head in confusion. "W-what?" Sasuke asked. 

"Why would you listen to the man who killed your family? I believe before hating someone we first must see both sides for the story" Sasuke looked up to Naruto about to shout at him for what he said, but instead he found himself thinking that Naruto made a lot of sense and perhaps he should listen to him. Naruto opened his mouth to tell his story when he saw them both look at him, he told them everything: his parents dying, having a demon sealed inside of him and being friend with said demon, the villager hating him and beating him, he told them everything. 

When he finished he found himself in tears and in the arms of Sasuke and Sakura. An hour when by quickly filled with them talking about random things but happy things nonetheless "Hey guys, do you think we could be friends?" Naruto asked looking them both in the eye. 

"I have a better idea, how about we be each others family instead?" Sakura said, both boys grinning ear to ear with a simultaneous 'yeah' 

"Then do we promise that we will always no matter what be their from each other and to never keep secrets from one another, and to always protect each other?" Sasuke asked still grinning which was again met with a simultaneous 'we promise'.

And with the vow they made they then back to their homes thinking of the new family they each shared.

So I decided I should pick up this story again but a need to edit it to fit my writing style. I'm embarrassed about my lack of paragraphs... I'm sorry to those who read it before. :3

Anyway, any new chapters should how more detailed writing in now so yeah, hope you like them. The ones that are already up, I'll just make them more readable.
