The four of us piled into the car and drove down the smooth asphalt roads towards the flat. I sat restlessly and twiddled my thumbs as we passed familiar shops along the streets.

"Hey what's wrong?" Niall frowned and glanced at me worriedly, then back towards the road.

"Nothing." I smiled in his direction and turned back to the scenery. The crisp breeze blew in my face as I rolled down the window. My phone buzzed in my lap, notifying me of an incoming text.

From Ellie: Don’t be so nervous!

To Ellie: How did you know I was nervous...? Holy flapjacks. My best friend's psychic! What am I thinking of?

From Ellie: Cookie Dough. DUH:P

To Ellie: Whoa. How did you know that???

From Ellie: It’s your fav ice cream flavor dimwit :P

I was taken aback by her quick response. I twisted in my seat and smiled at Eleanor. She knows so much about me it's kinda creepy. It's like she could even read my mind! I'll admit we've grown closer to each other these past few weeks. She's been so comforting lately, considering I'm not on good terms with my dad. There was a strange connection between El and me where if one of us was hurt, the other felt pain as well. I guess that's what happens when your best friend becomes a sister. Blech, sorry I unleashed my cliché side.

Hmm, where was I? Oh.

My nerves resurfaced immediately as my smile fell into a frown. What if Josh hated Niall? What if they didn't get along? It would upset me if my best friend and boyfriend didn't get along. Just kidding. It would actually piss me off very much. I don't need any more drama in my life.

Shutting my eyes tightly, I pushed all of my worries out of my mind.

A nudge on my arm startled me. Have you ever woken up from a nap not knowing where you were or what day it was? Yeah, I had one of those moments.

"Bloody hell!" Bright sunlight nearly blinded me as I attempted to observe my blurred surroundings.

"Az! Watch your mouth!" I held my hand up to block the sun as I identified the voice. Eleanor.

"Where the hell are we?" I wondered.

"We're at your flat...? You've only been asleep for like five minutes and you have no clue what year it is!" Louis' shoulders shook with laughter as I groaned.

Niall carried me from my comfy seat to the door before I could protest. Eleanor fumbled with her keys until she found the right one to unlock the door. I jumped back to my feet as she pushed the door ajar. Here it comes, I thought.

The aroma of freshly popped popcorn filled my nostrils. Kicking off my wedges, I dropped my purse to the tiled floor and ran to the living room in search of Josh.
