Chap. 14: Breakaway

Luffy's POV ~ 2 days later
We almost reached marineford, when all these marines blocked our way. "MUGIWARA NO LUFFY! A PIRATE LIKE YOU ISN'T ALLOWED HERE! LEAVE NOW OR WE WILL CAPTURE YOU!" someone shouted. "LIKE HELL I WILL! GOMU GOMU N-" "I hear by announce, that this pirate girl, Devil Slash Ashny, worth 200 million bellis will be executed this day. Any objection is forbidden. No-" "ASHNY!" I shouted as loud as I could. "HANG IN THERE! WE'RE COMING!" I shouted again. " Franky! Use the Coup de Burst to get us there." I instructed Franky. "Hmm. Leave it to me." he ran downstairs and shouted. "Ready, COUP DE BURST!" and we blasted directly inside the marine base. But unfortunately, we landed on the field. So we crash landed. "LUFFY!"

Ashny's POV ~
Luffy's ship and everyone came flying towards this direction and crashed. "LUFFY!" there were smokes everywhere. I couldn't see a thing down there... A while later, it cleared out. And I saw him standing in front of Sunny, with the others by his side. "ASHNY! WE'RE COMING FOR YOU! AND IF ANYONE TRIES TO STOP US, WE WON'T HESITATE TO BEAT YOU ALL UP!" I can't help but cry. Tears of joy. And worth it blood.
They started trashing the place and charging the marines that were blockig them. And the marines were no match for them. But another person blockes Luffy. It was Mihawk sensei. They were talking and Luffy suddenly smiled a bit. But quickly turned into serious mode. Then Mihawk sensei disappeared from the crowd.
"Enough! Garp, give this grandson of yours a lesson." the guy with a bird said to another big old guy. "You really did it this time Luffy." the big old guy said. So this Garp guy is Luffy's grandfather. He charged at Luffy with a handful of fist. Luffy did the same.
But they're a family. Families don't do that stuff, why fight. "Don't stop me Ossan! Move out of the way!" Luffy shouted. "Stop this nonsense Luffy. Or else I will give you my almighty fist of destruction." "Nonsense?! Shut that crap! I'm here to save what's mine, and that's Ashny! And you can't stop me! Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol!" and he directly punched Garp and let him fall off. "Tsk. Both of you, do your job. I'll have this taken care of." the guy with a bird said. Then he walked down the platform and went inside their base.

Narrator's POV ~
Luffy kept runnig up the stairs that led to Ashny. While Ashny is blaming herself for what happened to Luffy and Garp. And that she'll be responsible for everyone's injuries, or worse, death.
The two marines that was beside her has started to make a move. Ashny thought, 'I'm gonna die, just like my mama with a gun and my blood dripping on my own sword.' that's when something clicked on her mind. 'No. I won't give up now. I have to see Luffy become the Pirate King. I have to be there, to support him. I won't give up' But she was snapped out from her thoughts when the two soldiers were knocked out.
She looked up to see a panting Luffy, standing in front of her.
"Luffy. Thank God, you're alright."
"Don't worry Ashny. I'll get you out of here."
"But how? These aew seaprism stones. Do you even have a key."
"Ehehehe, Yeah. This Hawk-guy gave me the key. I wasn't expecting that."
"So you came busting in here without a plan? Well, I can't blame you. You're you."
"Shishishi."
"Well then, unlock me and let's get out of here together. And could you carry my sword for me, over there."
"Hmm, got it."
