Chapter 26: The Great Sacrifice

Papalakad na ako papunta sa classroom I am walking heavy steps now kase galit ako sa sarili ko.Papasok na sana ako sa loob ng classroom pero may humila sa kamay ko.

'Huy! Bro! Ano nangyare kay VIVIAN? Kumalat na yung chismis dito sa school camous noh! What happened?'.

'Bro! That's already definitely none of your bussiness! So back off!'.

Napatingin naman ako sakanya habang nakapamulsa tapos siya naman nakakunot noo ako kung tignan.

'Bro! Ano ba? We are brother's right? We should share problems para masolve natin! We should not keep it inside kase kapag binaon muyan nothing will happen! Okay!'.

'Let me clear this to you! To all of you! I don't want you all in this mess by me! I just want to proceedby my own wag kayong mangingialam kase kayo pa ang mapahamak because of me! So! I can't either trust my self! You all can'not trust me'.

Nag walkout nalang ako tapos tumakbo na sa field ng soccer pero walang naglalaro dito ngayun kaya I'm free to shout and yell.

'What else do you want from me? What else do you want to give me? What malas things do you still want to give me? Tell me! Please! I want to end this mess! Noooow!'.

Pinagsisipa ko ang poste na nakikita ko hanggang sa masaktan ako so I stop kicking and boxing the posts na nakikita ko and then I lean patalikod dito sa poste.

'What more do you want huh? What do you want from us! Just take me! Don't take her! Just please take me!'.

Napaisip ako sa sarili ko ng maisip koren si VIVIAN.Kailangan kopa siyang bisitahin ngayun sa hospital.Tumakbo na ako ng mabilis papunta sa parking lot tapos umalis na sa school campus.

Sa Hospital...

Papunta na ako sa sa room ni VIVIAN.Pagpunta ko sa harap ng pinto naunahan siguro akong magbukas ng tao na nasa loob ng kwarto.

'VINCE! Bakit hindi ka nakapunta dito ng maaga? I know you have a class! But can you sacrifice your life kahit ngayong oras na ito daig ka pa niya! She face the bullet! You must face the challenge! Challenge lang yan! Yung sakanya pa kaya na Bullet!'.

Napayuko nalang ako sa harapan ni NIKKI tapos nag walkout na siya sa harapan ko.Pumasok naman na ako kaagad sa kwarto ng dahan-dahan.

'I'm sorry!'.Bulong ko sa sarili ko habang papalapit kay VIVIAN.I know I must not cry and be strong.I know I have to fight and be a winner pero may namumuong energy sa utak at saka isipan ko.

'Vivian! I hope you could give me a sign na mabubuhay ka! I hope I could here yoir voice again! I hope you could say that word again! I hope na sana you will stay with me till eternity! Please!'.

'Mmph!'.

It's the second time na narinig ko siyang gumawa non saka I' bothering kung magigising nga ba siya o hindi?.

'Doc.! Doc.! I think she is awake!'.

Agad namang may pumasok na personal Doctor saka Nurse sa kwarto tapos chineck ang lahat ng ichecheck.

'Doc. Is she fine?'.

'Apperently! Yeah! I don't know kung bakit nangyare ito! Pero I can't a sure you that she is realy fine right now!'.

Napabuntong hininga naman ako sa sinabe niya tapos agad na tinawagan sila Tita Olivia.

On Phone Call....

Me:

'Tita! I think she is fine right now! Pero we need to take good care of her! Tita she is also awake now!'.

Tita Olivia:

'Realy? Will be right there sooner or later! Bantayan mo lang siya! Wag kang aalis! Iho!'.

Pinatay na ni Tita Olivia ang phone call namin tapos ako naman napa smile kay VIVIAN habang papikit-pikit ng konte saakin.After 1 hour andito na sila Tita Olivia saka pati naren si Nikki.

'My Dear Daughter! Thank God you finaly awake now! We miss you so much! My Dear!'.

Niyakap ni Tita Olivia si Vivian pero hindi ito umiimik kaya nagtaka ang mukha niya.Soon nagiba ren ang expression ni Tita Olivia na happy paren.

'Vincent! Mamaya palang hapon aalis na kami papauntang America! We need to go far away para makalimot dito sa panbgyayareng ito! Don't worry! Have hope na babalik ren kame! Okay!'.

'But Tita? You can stay here in the Philippines! Pwede naman kayong magbakashon dito ei!'.

'Staying here is'nt easy! It's dangerous now lalo na't I know there's someone following all of you!'.

'Okay! I will agree with that Tita! Let's do it para sa safety ni Vivian! I will wait for you all'.

'Sure! Have hope!'.

After this moments nagpahinga na ako sa sofa na malapit sa bed ni Vivian tapos kinumutan ang sarili ko at saka natulog ng mahimbing.
