Chapter 8

By the time we got into the building the bell rang for homeroom. Luckily me and Maddie got there in time. Once we sat down in our spots in homeroom the teacher started to pass out papers for us to take home. Once I got the paper it said " 2015-2016 fantasy theme dance this dance will be held this Saturday at 8:00 and end at 11:00 and entry fee is $5.00 dollars hope to see you there!" Well I'm not going I don't really like dances that much and I especially don't like dresses. I put the paper in my Latin folder and took out my book and started to read. I looked up to see all of the girls excited about the dance even Maddie. I'm not like most girls I don't like to dress fancy and go shopping. I like to go muddling and hiking.

Well..... I can tell you that I'm not going I don't like social events that much. And I especially don't like dresses!!! I put the paper in my Latin folder and took out my book and started to read. About five minutes later the bell rang and everyone ran out the door. And me being civilized I walked out the door and headed to Biology.

Later.....

When the bell rang for lunch I went to the cafeteria and sat in my usually spot in the far end of the cafeteria and waited for Maddie and Rhydian. When they got to the table they were fighting about something "come on Rhydian it will be fun!!" Said Maddie. Oh there fighting about going to the dance or not.  I just sat there quietly until Rhydian said " fine I will go if Echo goes to" I looked up and shook my head no. But then Maddie have me the puppy dog eyes.... And that's when I said " fine I'll go but I'm making my own dress...." I said and put my head down. I can't believe that I said I will go. Well at least I will be with my friends. Maddie had and excited look on her face and Rhydian looked like he was going to tackle me. When the bell rang for us to go I got up and ran to art thinking about how I was going to desgin my dress.

(sorry for the short chapter I will write a longer one for my next on and it will take me time to write it. I am thinking of ending this I don't know yet but bye)
