I found myself on the highway as planned. I had planned for me and Logan to get to the highway. But plans changed. Logan was probably still under the corpse that fell on him; waiting for the other walkers to leave. But I stood on the silent highway. Every few minutes, a walker would pass. I heard something... A helicopter! It was flying just above my head. I jumped and waved my arms silently, trying not to attract walkers. But it simply kept going.

"Figures." I mumble.

I walk around, looking in vehicles. I soon find one with food on the hood. The window said something...

"Sophia we will come every day." I read aloud.

It was written with something that looked like flour. I realised Carol told the truth. She would return every day. I hear rustling coming from the woods and raised my gun.

"Sophia?" I called quietly.

But it was not Sophia. It was Logan.

"What the hell was that?" Logan demanded.

"If I had pushed the walker off, you'd be dead." I explained.

"Hear my words: Sophia is gone." Logan said.

"You don't know that!" I yell.

"Your right... I don't. But I'm not a reckless fool who takes friends from their beds and leaves them for the dead!" Logan shouted.

"I had no choice but to leave you! You know that!" I cried.

"I wouldn't have been in that mess if you hadn't brought me into the forest in the first place!" Logan spat.

I stood silently. Tears flown down my face. My sight was so blurry that I couldn't see Logan anymore. It was torture not being able to see him.

"Is that what you did to Katlynn?" Logan demanded.

"I'm sorry!" I whisper desperately.

"Its a bit late for that!" Logan yelled, walking into the forest.

"No! Please don't go!" I cried.

My need for him was desperate now. I could hardly see so I couldnt go after him. All I could do is listen. But there was nothing to listen to. I wiped my eyes angrily. The first thing I saw was a walker in my face. I shrieked and fell back. It fell onto me. I put my gun to it's head and heard it's brains explode. I couldnt see again. All I did was cry.

"Emily!" A voice shouted.

I could only cry.

"Are you bit? Are you ok?" They asked.

I continued to cry.

"Please, Emily!" They cried.

I heard the shuffle of footsteps and an angry moan. A walker. I heard a gunshot.

"Emily, wake up!" They shouted.

But my eyes were still blurry. The weight of the walker had left my body numb. I couldn't move if I wanted to.

"I know your awake!" They cried.

I began to get an idea of who it was. But the name was now long forgotten. They shook my shoulder urgently. The movement of my shoulder brought me to my senses. The tears stopped pouring from my eyes and I looked at the person who stood over me with blurry eyes.

"Sophia?" I say.

"No, it's Katlynn! Wake up!" They yell in my ear.

I pushed the walker off of me and look at Katlynn then at my gun that was in her hand. I took my gun and look at her with a frown.
