  Maya walked into Topanga's, a quiet little cafe owned by Riley's mom. Maya knew her Riley and Farkle where the only kids that knew about the cafe and it would be a perfect place to meet the cowboy.

She sat down on a soft chair and as soon as she did a pair of gentle hands where placed over her eyes.
"Guess who?" She heard the familiar voice ask
"Huckleberry?" She questioned threw a small smile

  "Correct." He said taking away his hands and leaning over his chair to give her a soft kiss on the lips but she playfully turned away and it landed on her cheek.

  "To slow Ranger Rick." She teased as he sat down next to her
"Your to much Hart." He said leaning in and just as there lips where about to touch someone interrupted.

"Drinks?"it was Mrs.Mathews
Lucas sighed against Maya's lips then turned his attention to the women
"Thanks Mrs.Matthews." Maya smiled taking the smoothies

"Your welcome now you kids have fun." She smiled before grabbing Lucas by the collar of his shirt and whispering
"Not to much fun." And walking away

"Okay?" Lucas said confused
"Oh don't mind her she's kinda fierce." Maya winced
"It's fine." He smiled
"So um I wanted to talk to you about something." Maya sighed as she brushed hair behind her ear

"Yeah." Lucas asked
"Well this guy I know he um... Kinda asked me out and I was wondering since we are not really dating if it would be ok if I went out with him?" Maya asked gripping her smoothie tightly as she waited for a response.

Lucas was taken back. He thought Maya liked him. "But I thought this was a date?" He asked
"I'd like to think of it more as a casual get together between make-out buddies." She winced hoping she hadn't hurt his feeling

"Yeah right make-out buddies I keep forgetting look you do what you want it's not like I control your life." He said trying to smile while clenching his fits so tight he thought he was cutting off circulation.

"Yeah you sure." She asked
"Yeah." He said picking up his jacket a little to angrily
"Lucas are you sure your ok?" She asked as she watched him walk out of the cafe

"Lucas wait!" Maya called running after him
"What?" He asked
"Are you mad I thought-"she said
"You thought what?" He spat trying not to turn into his old self trying to calm down trying not to loose it trying to remember what his therapist told him.

"Lucas calm down." Maya said placing her hands on his shoulders but he couldn't handle it
"I'm sorry." He said grinding his teeth
"It's fine I just thought we where kinda over the whole kissing thing." Maya confessed

"Yeah your right...have fun on your date Maya." Lucas said said walking away
"Lucas!" Maya called
"Lucas!" Maya yelled while following him but it was to late he was already to ran gone.
