Taking a short break to write on my other account so may not post for the next 1 or 2 days

  Oh my God oh my God!" Riley yelled coming out of the bathroom hitting Charlie in the chest crying
"I'm so sorry I wasn't trying to hit her." He cried

  "As soon as Maya gets better im coming after you and trust me when I say I'll beat you up so bad you wish you where dead." Lucas snapped picking up Maya's limp body

"Lucas what the hell are you going?" Riley asked as she took of her heels and started running to the hospital about 3 blocks away

"Holy Carp she's freezing cold." Lucas said as the blonde leaked blood into the side walk
"Here." She said taking off her jacket and laying it on top of her best friend

They finally reached the hospital running at full speed Lucas ran into the hospital ,with Riley following close behind. "Help this girl was stabbed she needs help!" Lucas yelled as everyone turned to look at his holding the bloody girl. As soon as Lucas blinked 10 doctors raced to him letting Maya onto a bed rushing her into surgery.

A nurse then called the cops who spent the next hour or two getting Lucas and Riley to identify Charlie Gardner and tell them everything that happened from bringing to end. However the two decided rather quickly not to tell the cops that a.) Lucas had been in a physical fight with Charlie, even through he did have a cut lip and bloody nose but Lucas swore he fell
And
B.) they where fake dating to make their friend jealous

After that the cops left they sent out a arrest warrant for Charlie.
Riley had been crying since they reached the hospital. Lucas sat with her in the waiting room hugging her as she cries.

"Lucas she's going to die!" Riley yelled standing in that tiny empty waiting room while hot tears rolled down her cheeks
"Riley calm down." Lucas said
"No it's all my fault for setting up that stupid date now she's dying!" Riley screamed crying

"Riley it's not your fault!" Lucas tried placing a firm hand on her shoulder
"Yes Lucas it is im a terrible person." She cried into his chest
"And why are you a terrible person?" He whispered

"Because.....I think I felt something in that kiss." She whispered
"You did?" He asked
She nodded and slowly lifted her face but averted eye contact.

He put his hand on her cheek and lifted her face to his. He paused pushing his thumb against her cheek wondering if this was the right thing to do before she slowly connected her lips to his.

They kissed for about five minutes before Riley heard the doctor clear this throat. "I'm sorry to interrupt but you friend is stable but....," he trailed off," she's in a coma."

And with that Riley Matthews ran away.
