Nicknames

(Young)Charles Xavier

His: Lovely, you love to call him that because he is simply so lovely. He calls you cheesy but you don't mind too much because he does mean the world and more to you.

Yours: Doll, he calls you this because you are perfection to him and dolls are meant to represent beauty so that is why he calls you doll. You love hearing him say it because it sounds so nice coming from him and you love that he thinks you're perfect.

(Young)Erik Lehnsherr

His: Darling, you call him that mostly to tease him because he doesn't like pet names. Last time you said it his face was as red as a tomato and you spent an hour laughing because he was so angry but too cute to be worried about consequences.

Yours: Liebe or the German word for love, he uses it very rarely and when he does it's in private. He calls you love when you two are alone to let you know he still cares and it's a very simple and common German word so you knew what it meant.

(Young)Hank McCoy

His: Cutie, you say it most of the time when he's around others because he turns red and proceeds to stutter and stammer his way through the rest of the conversation. You love it though, you tell him every time that that's why you say it.

Yours: Butterfly or Sweetheart, he doesn't say them around anyone else and only very softly because he's rather shy. He loves you though and if the small little pet names make you happy than he will more than likely do it.

Pietro "Peter" Maximoff(AoU)

His: Speedie! You love calling him that and he's rather proud of his speedster abilities so it makes him grin like a loon every time you call out for him from the other side of the Avenger's Tower.

Yours: Anything, really, he calls you every pet name that comes to mind in order to get your attention or show his affection which is fine by you because you have his attention.

James "Logan" Howlett

His: My Kitten, he loathes this nickname which makes you use it more often. With Logan, no matter who you are he has to argue with you when you say something he doesn't like but he's ended up in the dog house for some of it. Now he just begrudgingly accepts the awful nickname in order to make you happy.

Yours: Queen, he calls you that because you literally have to be top dog in every group situation. You don't like why he says it but you certainly enjoy hearing his say it in that gruff sexy voice of his.

Victor Creed

His: Big Dog, it really came about as something to use to tease him more with because he is nothing like a dog and he may be a large guy but that's not what you meant when you said it. You used it as a, 'I'm big and scary look at me' sort of teasing name and now it's sort of stuck. He, of course, can't stand anything that's meant to be affectionate and ends up teasing you back.

Yours: Gruff or something similar to meaning rough or messy. He knows it pisses you off because you take real pride in looking and keeping things clean so when he says it you both end up fussing and fighting until one of you kisses the other to shut them up. It's become something short of foreplay for the two of you.
