The rain was pouring outside while Sade and Reagan were debating about the usual, logic.
"I'm telling you logic is evil, especially your logic." Sade rebuts.
"That's why I love it so much." Reagan says looking down at her phone her ear buds in her elf like ears.
"Evil Zelda." Sade grumbles the music blasting through her ear buds.
"Muhaha! I know." Reagan says with an evil cackle.
Sade laughs and pulls her hood down on her face and changing the song on her phone.
"Why are we going to the park in the rain?" Reagan asks putting on a jacket put not pulling on the hood.
"Reasons." Sade says putting one of the ear bud cords between her front teeth.
"You know you won't be able to stare at guys who probably have girlfriends already in the rain at least." Reagan says squinting her eyes in a look Sade was already used to.
"Fine but can we at least go over to my aunts' house? I want to beat you at that basketball video game." Sade says feeling odd about her own decision.
"Sure and I won like." Reagan pauses for a few seconds. "Two games!"
"Congratulations!" Sade says sarcastically as she slow claps.
"Shut up meanie." Reagan says poking Sade's side making her jump.
"I'm not a meanie. Meanies don't share. Actually never mind let's just go." Sade says playing with the cord hanging from her mouth.
"Okay." Reagan says starting to walk to the door.
Sade follows after Reagan petting the dogs bye before opening the door. One of the dogs run out into the street and Reagan and Sade chase after it. Sade quickly grabs the dogs collar and Reagan sighs relief until a pair of headlights from a speeding car shine on us.
The rain and mist making it hard for the intoxicated driver to notice the people in the middle of the road. The dog jumps out of Sade's arms and Reagan and Sade get hit by the car.
Reagan looks around noticing a bright light at the end of a dark tunnel. Reagan starts to walk towards it before Sade is flung through the tunnel crashing into Reagan.
They both are thrown out of the tunnel Sade crashing to the ground and Reagan falling on top of Sade. Sade wheezes and groans even though oddly she felt no pain. Reagan got off of Sade and looked around offering Sade a hand. Sade takes the hand and pulls herself up looking at the now seemingly duller world. Reagan and Sade both look at each other thinking Where the hell are we?
