Sade wandered around observing and analyzing. She'd think after doing this for days, possibly weeks, you'd get bored and she wasn't exactly wrong. She caught something odd about herself though. Not only could she touch living world objects but, she's been doing the same exact thing without a hesitation. So have many of the other Afterlights.

Reagan wasn't much different but her experience was a lot more educational considering that she's been in her room most of the time. How could she trust a foreign place filled with ghost people. She was already awkward in real life these so called Afterlights wouldn't understand only Sade could, but Sade was even changing. She looked at Mary's books and only shook her head. She couldn't find one to explain what she wanted and honestly it was only adding to the annoyance and the feeling of not belonging. Just like usual Sade kicked the door open to my room. This has become part of her routine, but something was different this time.

"Reagan. There's something going on. I know I'm kinda crazy but I know I'm not imagining this. It's like everyone is trapped in a loop just like this damn song playing in my headphones. It doesn't stop only continues." Sade said closing the door and sitting beside me.

"I know. I've seen it too but I still haven't found one of her stupid books that explains this." Reagan grumbled attempting to pull off the headphones.

Sade sighed loudly and stared off into space zoning out her music blaring.

Reagan looked at her curious not knowing that Sade was zoning out because her eyes weren't visible.

"You alright Sade?" Reagan asks nudging her.

Sade nodded. "We need to talk to Mary. We need to get out of here before we're stuck doing the same thing for eternity. I almost fell into the loop and look at you you're even starting too."

Reagan looked at her confused. "What do you mean?"

"You've been reading the same books in the same order for a few days." Sade stated standing up looking down at Reagan canines forming once again.

Reagan sighed and placed the book down. She stood up and looked down at Sade.

"It was your idea so you're talking." Reagan stated walking out her room and heading to Mary's office.

Sade rolled her eyes under the hood humming along to her music following Reagan out.

Reagan could feel a headache approaching but sighed knowing it was only a memory but the pain and regret they would go through would be more than real.
