Reagan and Sade looked between Vari and Mary.
"Stay here why would we do that?" Sade asks as politely as possible.
Reagan wondered the same thing before a book was placed in her hand unexpectedly. She looked down at the book confused.
"I love reading but what's this exactly?" Reagan asks.
Mari smiled. "Well if you'd like Sade you can use it as a stop and go and Reagan it is like a manual, a guide, to Everlost. Tell you about some of the things you don't know."
Sade nudged Reagan. "We staying here?"
Reagan shrugged. "Why rooms we don't need rest right?"
Vari smiled before answering. "Not exactly. We do get tired actually but our energy feeds off of each other."
Sade let out a humorless laugh. "Being around a bunch of people, no sorry, Afterlights until I feel claustrophobic doesn't sound rejuvenating."
Vari rolled his eyes. "Must you disagree with everything I say?"
"Not all of it, that's to much work." Sade admitted smirking slightly her canines growing again.
"Well vampire you should take Miss Mary's and my words to consideration." Vari says.
"To stubborn." Reagan and Sade both state feeling annoyed.
Mary stopped Vari from going to far and cleared her throat as if to gain there attention.
"Well I will show you too your rooms on the higher level of the building." Mary says not noticing the slightly demeanor change in Sade.
"What is one really good tip I should know before you hand me one of those books." Sade grumbled Vari freezing midway to handing her a book
"Forget everything you knew about the living world." Mary says.
Sade's jaw went slack but didn't fall. She thought before responding her thoughts cut short by Reagan.
"You kidding?! How do I forget about a life that I loved to live, most of the time, and regret taking advantage of especially since I'm here?" Reagan said obviously angry now.
"Everlost is really a great place. It won't take long before you start forgetting about it. That is a good and bad thing." Mary says Vari nodding in agreement with her.
"Forget?" Sade asks biting down in the cord hanging from her mouth. The silence in the room making the music playing a lot more audible.
"For example your teeth. Your pride on showing so much emotion in your smile you tend to grow fangs or canines it seems to change back and forth." Mary points out.
Sade frowned. "I can't really control it and I want my image to change. You know nothing of my previous life and I'm assuming asking someone here how you died is as bad as asking how old a woman is in the living world."
Mary nodded ignoring her real life example. "It is considered rude here yes but you seem interesting. I'd like to learn more about you Sade."
Sade shrugged. "Need my room first."
Reagan nodded and thoughts of ways to murder Mary though she knew it wouldn't work.
Mary nodded. "I shall lead the way."
Mary pressed the button the elveator and everyone else joined her.
"Yeah means I can leave this conversation." Reagan grumbled.
Sade pouted playfully. "Meanie."
Reagan shrugged. "Whatever."
