•Misaki Yata, HOMRA's number 3•
Those little brats. How dare they throw us out like that. I can't believe Anna just followed their orders like that. We should have just stayed and continue to question them.
Aon, the boy that looked like the twins, was grinning and it made me want to punch his face.
"What are you grinning about," I shouted at him.
"I've no idea what you're talking about,"
I tightened my hands on my staff and attacked him. My red aura envelope the two ends of the staff.
"Yata!" I heard my name being shouted by Izumo.
Unfortunately, he had deflected it with his hands and send my staff flying, his hands are now envelope with a purple aura.
"Do you seriously think you can land a hit on me without me noticing," he said with an amuse tone. "To think that a third would dare to fight a King's second."
Damn that boy. How I would love to punch his face right now.
"If you must know why I was grinning," he said with a playful tone. "It was because that all of you followed my King's orders."
"Huh?" I was confused.
"What are you talking about?" Anna said.
"You know you could've stayed and still ask them some more questions. The fact that the three kings couldn't even try to do anything to receive some information just proves how you're all under my king's mercy." He said with a smile that could hide an evil presence.
"So you mean to tell me," Reisi said. "that you don't care about your King at all?"
"Now why would you say that?" He said with a fake sad tone.
I wasn't buying the whole carefree mood of his and I just glared at him.
"I was just saying," He said with a sad tone again but this time it sounded real. "You all treat them like they are a child. I would have thought that you guys would also pry the information out of them like how an adult would do to a child."
We would have never thought about it that way and when you think about it. It really does look like we were treating them like a child. Anna is already 12-years-old but we don't treat her that way.
"Anyway," he said. "You have made your visit here more than welcome and I hope to never see you all again. Goodbye."
The boy walked us out and I could see the others waiting outside.
"I had really hoped for a moment there it wouldn't turn out like this," Shiro said. "At least they've agreed to our plans. Let's all meet around Mihashira tower, okay?"
We nodded and watch them go with the Blues also heading back to base.

•Aon, CARNIVAL's number 2•
"What a bunch of nuisance." I said
I walked towards my room on the top floor. My room was like any other room, nothing special.
The others who I've told to go back to bed were in my room instead of theirs. Some were in the bed while others were searching among the collection of books I had.
"What're you guys doing in my room?" I asked.
"Ah, his back," someone said. "We need to talk."
A guy who looks to be 17-years-old and always carry a baseball bat, Oreki.
"What is it?" I said as i stifled a yawn.
"We don't want our King to get involve in what ever they're doing," a girl with hazel brown hair said, Shizuka.
"What do you want me to do," I said to her. My face showing a bored look.
"Convince them to stop the alliance," a little boy said, who was the same age as the Red King with his ginger hair in waves, Jason.
"Do you think I haven't done that by now," I said. "I know the risk. We haven't had our King in years and finally they've return. The Golds and the Blues won't have a reason to come after us anymore."
The Gold Clansman, Mizuchi, who owns the Nanakamado Chemotherapy Research Center, a facility operating both as a hospital and strain educational centre but in reality is more like a torture house to us strains. He has been capturing strains and doing experiments on them without the Gold King even knowing of it.
The Blues did know of it and did helped us but instead put us into their custody after rescuing us from the facility we were kept from. Even now, our strains are still in the hands of the Blue King. I had told my King about it but they wanted the others to stay there for future plans. I don't get what they were planning but I feel betrayed.
"Well, we still have to find a way," Oreki said. "I can't bear this closeness with the Blues anymore."
"I'm not entirely fond of it either but what can I do," I said. "Just be lucky that the our King is in control and not the other way around or maybe that the Green King haven't capture them and take them to their advantage. I will prefer today's situation over any other day."
"We get what you're saying," a girl, Mikasa, the same age as Oreki with dark blue hair said, "We just don't like it."
I nodded.
"Why don't we let our King choose the Green King's side," A voice suggested by a boy who was the oldest of all of us, Hikaru.
"What is wrong with you?!" Oreki shouted at him.
I also looked at Hikaru weirdly.
"Just hear me out, okay," he said. "The Green King's objective is to release the power of the slates, bringing the birth of strains to the maximum. People won't fear us anymore. The Green King did want the Purple King's help if I recall correctly."
"That sounds like a plan for the hopeless." I said.
But if you think about it, instead of playing friends with the other clans. We could take the advantage and increase our clan members. One of the Green King's Clansman did approach us the other day in hopes that we would join him.
"We're are hopeless in this world," Shizuka said.
"I can't say I don't believe it," I said. "Fine, I will agree to it for now but let's just wait and seek for the opportunity as we always do."
