Chapter 9

I had a good Christmas it was fun spending time with everyone. I talk to Fred were friends again but I can tell he’s still hurt about what happened. They don’t dare speak about it around me because I still get angry about it all. I’m back at school and what can I say it’s pretty boring.

I have an opportunity to leave school early. The reason is because I signed up to study a dragon’s environment inRomania. You still have classes but you kind of just skip over everything and learn year 7 curriculums I was one of 4 that were accepted. I leave in about 5 days; I just have to still tell everyone.

It was dinner time and I went to sit with them usual people

“Well if it isn’t are best friend Serena” George said putting his arm around my shoulder giving me a nuggy

“Oi! That hurts! I have to tell you guys something important” I said making George let go of me

“What your leaving Hogwarts to find the worlds largest sweet” Ron joked. I was silent because I didn’t know what to say

“Wait you’re leaving?!” Harry yelled. I looked at him with a sad expression

“Well remember I signed up to study dragons inRomania” I said as they nodded slowly

“So I was accepted and well I’m leaving in 5 days and I wont see you till summer” I said with a fake happy tone. Everyone was excited and happy for me but Fred. He got up and started walking out the Great Hall

“Hey I’m going to check on Fred I’ll talk to you later” I said getting up running after him.

I found him out by the lake throwing rocks at the water. I walked up behind him to hear him mumble nonsense

“Fred please talks to me I’m sorry that I’m leaving and everything but this is a great opportunity for me” I said pleading

“First you get an abortion then you decide to leave Hogwarts. How many times are you going to hurt me like this” he said looking at me

“Fred you hurt me way more and I know for a fact you don’t want to be a parent so young also I will be back and we can write to each other okay it’s not a big deal okay” I said tearing up but not letting the tears spill

“I still want you Serena I always have but If you want to leave fine I cant stop but just please don’t talk to me alright I don’t want a letter just go away!” He yelled but I could see anger, hurt, sadness, and fear in his eyes

“Fine what ever but just remember I’m not them one to come back begging for you cause that is not me!!” I yelled and ran back to the common room with tears streaming down my cheeks.

“I’ll miss you so much write as much as possible” Ron said squeezing me

“Remember to say hi to Charlie he will be waiting for you” George said kissing my head

“Is Fred coming or no” I said looking around.

“He said he didn’t want to and just tell you good bye” George replied

“You’ll always be our special friend remember that” Harry said hugging me

“Thanks guys I’ll see you on summer break” I said walking to Professor Dumbledore

I grabbed my belongings and Dumbledore’s hand and we apparated but not before seeing Fred run out.

Fred’s POV

I ran out towards Serena to see her disappear

“I can’t believe you were so stupid Fred she wanted to see you but to late just have to wait for summer now” Ron yelled. I knew he was right and I’ll always be stupid when it comes to Serena

“Its okay mate you’ll see her again” George said smacking my shoulder.

For the next passing months I became depressed, people notice when I wasn’t in full prank mode even George notice but the memory of seeing her at summer break gave me the hope that I would see her again
