Today was the day. I could feel it. I woke up as usual in my room, with the drawings and diagrams on the wall and a photo of Amy by my bed.
I immediately started a group chat with my friends. Lucy,
Maya,and Olivia picked up right away, but we had to wait almost ten minutes for Zeke and Luke. Why do all boys seem to wake up so late?.
I was the first to post:

LaraPond- positive. Can you all meet me at Yip's Cafe?

I logged off and put my phone in my pocket, grabbing a pack of gum on my way out. I picked up my folder from beside the door and headed out towards Yip's cafe.
I was one of the last to arrive, and the moment i got there I thumped my big black folder down on the desk.
"Hey guys!"
"Hey Lara!"
"You ready?"
"d'ya think she is?"
"Good point"
"Okay guys!" They all went quiet.
"Zeke, Luke, can you keep a look out for this man or this box?" I handed them some sketches that I did from what Amy described and when The Doctor came home for Christmas.
"Liv? I'm gonna need a bit of a makeover."
"I'm on it" she walked out muttering about hair dye.
"Maya? I'm gonna need those gadgets we've been working on, and Lucy? Help me with the last bits of taequondo and kickboxing."
Lucy hugged me.
"Be safe Lara"
"Course I will."
I first went over to see Liv at her house. She was holding a packet of hair dye. TEMPORARY was printed on the side, to my relief.
In about an hour, I was blonde, and I looked a lot younger with pigtails. I tend to look pretty young for my age, but Liv helped to make me look 11 or 12. I hugged her goodbye, and picked up the backpack she handed me. Inside were three new outfits, some food, water and mountain dew, makeup and my phone and iPod.
"See ya!"
"Be safe Lara!"
"I'll be back soon."
She then handed me a plastic bag of clothes to change into and an envelope.
I then ran down the road to Maya's house, where she piled home-made weapons upon me, which I loaded into my backpack.
Lucy taught me the latest judo flip, and I got changed in her bathroom. I ended up wearing a lilac hoodie and white jeans with converse, making me look innocent. Liv was amazing with clothes.
My phone dinged showing a text from Luke.
At the dead end near Jamies house.
I grinned, that was pretty near where I lived.
I shoved my paperwork into my bag and ran out into the darkness, sitting on the roof near the tardis and listening to music.
Before long I heard a voice.
"Aren't you a bit young to be out here at this time? It could be dangerous."
I smirked at him.
"I'm older than I look.......doctor"
