Drama was amazing because we just found out that we were doing a goth sketch. This was the one time that everyone lined up to work with me because (being me) I know everything about gothic sketches.
Once the lesson ended, I went to go sit with my friends at break.
"I love your hair!" Kate squealed as I came over.
"Jeez woman. I get it dyed all the time and you always freak like this." I pointed out.
Last time it was blonde with pink and green highlights and she reacted the exact same way. I dye my hair so much to get my parents attention.
"It does look amazing though" Kendall stated as she walked over with Kayla.
"Did your parents notice?" Kayla asked sadly
"They came home, said I looked gorgeous, stroked Genevieve and went to bed."
That was my life. My parents say how much they love me but never really show it.
"Well we noticed so that doesn't matter!" Kate stated. "Anyway who's going to the party this weekend?"
I groaned. "I went to last week's one and missed a family dinner. I'm now not allowed to go to this one."
Not that I minded but Kate would give me grief for a week if I didn't show up.
"Just go anyway" Kayla stated.
"Wedding rehearsals for my aunt and I'm the maid of honour. Can't miss it. The best part is that she's allowing me to wear a black dress so I can't let her down."
The bell rang so we all went to our next class which for me and Kate was science.
