Four Girls One Boy

Today was the first day of sixth form. It was first lesson which was science. Me and my friends are not in the same group as I was in the first set then they was in the second set.

I was sitting down in the back corner by myself reading "My Brothers Best Friend" when I saw a person stand next to me in the corner of my eye.
"Hey" I didn't recognise their voice. It was low, so it was probably a boy.
"Hi" I reply not looking away from my book.
"There wasn't any other spaces so is it ok if I sit here?"

I look up to find that the person was right.

I turn to him "yeah it's fine". I look in his deep dark brown eyes then look at his other features. Dark hair in a quiff with soft skin with long eyelashes. Oh my god. He was so fit.

"Cheers" he says and sits down next to me. I felt my breath suddenly increase, realising he was new, and was glad when our teacher said
"ok get partners and try this experiment" he turned on the projector and I examined it realising I done this last year. I shoved my book in my bag and got up to Becky who was by self since her other friends was in a group.
"Hey," I walk to her "could I work With you? I've already done this so I could do it for both of us?" She nods "thanks kayla, this looks so complicated" I shrug "it's fine" and put my bag down and go to collect the equipment while he takes the register.
I pay close attention to hear his name. "Tom?, Yeah, Kylie? Yeah. Kayla?" "Yeah" I say in response "Seth?" That was a new one. I dart my eyes across the room in search for the boy. "Here sir" he puts his hand up and waves a little. Seth. His name was so dreamy. I see our teacher push his glasses down a little.

"Welcome to the school" he says with a little smile and pushes his glasses up again.
"Thanks sir" he shouts back then starts walking towards me.
I didn't notice I was still looking at him when he stands beside me and starts grabbing a few things while saying "are you only noticing I'm new here?" I instantly take my eyes off him but it's hard not to when his jaw line was so incredible.
"No," I scoff when it was true "I just... Um..." I hesitate. What Was I gunna say?!? ".. Why are you only joining now? I mean we only have another year here, maybe two if you want to stay in again, but yeah" he looked lost in thought then turned to me
"well that's a good question..." he started "but my mum and I just moved here"
I nod in response "and um.. Dad?" I wasn't sure if that was personal or not but I didn't know what else to say.

He sighs "...back in Essex..." I look at him in astonishment
"what?" He asked curiously
"..you talk so formal compared to Essex people" he scoffs "what like Joey Essex?" I look at the ground.
"Your such a hypocrite, I can't believe you think I'm one them stupid boys that have the stupid accent." He then does his best Essex accent which was pretty incredible "Sup my homie I don't know what one plus one is" he shakes his head. "Seth, by the way" "I'm kayla"
"well, kayla, nice to meet you" he walks off with the stuff he came here for. I was left in a daze. I can't believe the new boy, that was hot, was talking to me.
"KAYLA," I snap out of it when Becky shouts "the stuff!" I turn around and gather a few things and walk over to her and start to set up.
