Chapter 3

"Well that went well" I said sarcastically sitting in my seat.

"What happened?" Macy asked

"We had to present our project and we didn't know so yea" I trailed off

"Oh." she said chuckling.

"Not funny" I grumbled as i rolled my eyes.

"Well, you can relax. We have a substitute today and all we have to do is read. Also we get to read wherever we want" she said standing up.

"Wait, what?" I asked majorly confused.

"Well... it's a substitute. He doesn't know anything, plus, we have drama after this" she said, I stood up with her.

"Well that's true," I said "come on Eli" I said smiling.

"Before the substitute gets back" Macy whispered. Eli quickly stood up and we snuck out of the class.

"Guys, I don't really know about this... what if we miss something?" I said worried we might get caught.

"Come on live a little June" Macy said, I sighed.

"Well I guess we're gonna be reading anyways" I said slowly

"I know so don't fuss" Macy smiled, I rolled my eyes but chuckled.

"Where to then?" Eli asked

"Lets go to the auditorium" I said, Eli shrugged

"Yea we're going there next anyways" Eli said. As we entered the auditorium I ran up to the stage and dropped my stuff.

"Its nice when its empty and not filled with people, especially the popular people" I said sitting in on the stage.

Macy and Eli sat next to me. "I know" Eli agreed.

"So June.... about Oliver" Macy said, I groaned rolling my eyes.

"What?" I asked annoyed at her

"Like I know we made the bet but like I mean think about it Kacey can be right sometimes" she said.

"Sometimes Macy, don't you change your mind on me now" I said squinting my eyes at her. She nodded her head

"I wasn't gonna change my mind, I was just thinking. I mean there a one out of a million chance that you and Oliver will end up together" she said opening her book.

"I don't mind being the million" I said opening my book.

"Your still reading that book?" she asked as I was reading.

"I'm half way through" I said still reading

After we got bored reading I stood up and put my book up. I walked around on the stage bored, Eli and Macy looked at me confused.

I was thinking of something to do, I sighed

"There's nothing to do and I don't want to read" I said skipping around, then I found a door that lead back stage.

"Ohh" I said looking around, as I did I found a door that said wardrobe on it.

"Oh my" I said taking stuff off the shelves, racks and hangers, then i heard someone come in.

"What are doing?" I turned and saw Macy and Eli

"I found the wardrobe" I said

"Well....we do have a couple minutes till the bell rings" Macy said taking something off the rack

"Hey Eli....want a make over?" I asked, he chuckled shaking his head.

I ran up to him and put a hat on his head
