No Matter What.. Part 17
I'm the type of person who will go over so many different scenarios in my head when I fall sleep and hope for them to happen or I go over old ones and change them to the way I want them to be and I don't ever move on from that scenario until I finish it the way I want it to end. This is one thing I've never shared with Abagail. I don't want her to know that my slight OCD even effects my dreams. It's funny that even in dreams it's hard to make things exactly the way you want them to be.
Recently Iâve been going over things that have happened between Abagail and I. I think of things I shouldâve done differently. Things I should have said or shouldn't have. Things I dream of doing with her. I still go over our old conversations in my head and smile at the thought of them. The thought of her. So many things have changed but not the way I see her. Especially after these few important days Iâm about to tell you about. In those few days I realized how amazing of a person she is.

I take off my shirt and wipe away the sweat before throwing it in the bag and taking out a new one. I just finished a indoor game with my club team and have a game with the school team in about forty five minutes. As I finish off my water I feel a slender hand running across my back. I turn around and see Alexis smiling up at me with her big dark blue eyes glowing. I smile back and take a step away from her as I put on my shirt.
"Aw why would you do that? You know I love seeing you with your shirt off she says with a wink"
"I don't do free shows" I say with a shrug and smiling playfully
"I was the first to see the show so doesn't that mean I get an all access pass?"
"Well there's only one girl I want to view this show and unfortunately that's not you" I say picking up my bag and beginning to walk to the other side of the arena
"Oh you have a girlfriend now?"she asks somewhat jealously as she walks next to me
"Well not exactly, but I'm not interested in hooking up with anyone else right now" I say honestly
"Lucky girl. I hope she's worth it if you are turning down me"
"I think so" I say stopping and setting my bag down on one of the sets of bleachers
"Even if we aren't going to hook up we still should get together sometime. It's been awhile" she says with a smile "So text me tomorrow and we'll make plans" she says as she walks backwards towards some of her friends from her school "Oh and Eric said there's a team interested in having us guest playing pretty soon so we need to talk about that" She yells over her shoulder as she turns to walk straight and begins talking to her friends
After a few minutes the girls start showing up and we talk about the game for awhile and joke round until Finley comes and warms us up. We break into groups and do warm up drills. About ten minutes before the game starts, when the JV game is about to finish, Finley tells us to get our stuff together and put on the rest of our gear if needed. The game ends a few minutes later so the JV girls pick up their things so we can get set up.
"Good luck" Veronica says flashing me a smile before hugging me
"Um thanks" I say stepping away awkwardly "You had a good game"
"Thanks" she says continuing to smile brightly
"Well I have to go" I say stepping around her to get out onto the field
We separate back into our groups and warm up a bit longer. I feel my hamstring tightening and call Natalie over to stretch me out. I lay down and lift my leg for her. She pushes my leg back and leans into it.
