High School From Hell(Vanoss Crew Fanfic)

Chapter 15

The Next Day~

Once again, I was running late to school because of last night and accidentally sleeping in the living room uncomfortably. Because of that, I left half the books I needed and my phone at home.

Hopping out my car, I massaged my neck and turned my head ninety degrees to the left, receiving a sickening yet relieving crack. As I did, I winced a bit as a my wrists were also in pain, with both of them having bruises around 'em.

I learned two new things about Vanoss last night; he is a stalker and is freakishly strong. He is in a gang after all. That's equivalent of being apart of law enforcement but on the wrong side of the law(which they actually are). That's equivalent of being Batman but a villain instead(or just himself if you think about it). That's equivalent of—okay, now I'm just rambling.

Suddenly, Fox jumped right in front of me, almost scaring the shit out of me." Nyssa, you have to come quick!" She said frantically which was out of character, even for her.

I didn't waste anymore time and quickly followed her as she went into the school. Fox was very quick but I manage to keep up with her as she ran out onto the school field and to the left. The second I saw both Owl and Kenny standing their ground against Nogla, Wildcat, Basically and Terroriser, I was about to continue running up to them until Fox grabbed my arm to stop me.

"What the hell are you doing?!" I hissed at her, knowing that if I spoke any louder, they would hear us.

"Stopping you from doing something stupid." She retorted.

I snatched my arm out of her grip," I can't just stand here and watch, Owl is over there."

Fox raised her eyebrow and looked at me funny," What do you mean?"

"...Owl can be a bit of an overkill." I said.

Only Zell, Jumi, Tiger and I know about Owl's crazy side. It's not the prettiest sight and it's not the most safest thing to be around. Only once have we ever seen this side let loose when a bunch of plastic bitches were hassling Zell during lunch. It was funny at first until we realised Owl kept punching them when they were clearly knocked out. That was when we intervened. She was about to punch me until her fist stopped an inches away from my face as realised it was just me.

On that day, we all promised that we'll be there when that happens again. That's why I really didn't want to just stand here and watch, just in case. I know just running in all willy nilly was stupid but I just wanted to keep that promise.

"Let's go around so we can get closer." Fox whispered and I nodded.

When we did, we could hear their conversation," Like I said before, we didn't do anything." Kenny said, clearly annoyed.

Well that sorta makes sense.

"Bullshit." Terroriser spat, clearly pissed.

Owl stepped in," Is what your full off since that's the only word that's in your vocabulary." She retorted with annoyance in her voice, pointing at him.

I tried to stifle a laugh, and looking over to Fox, she was trying to do the same thing too.

"I swear, I am going to beat the shit out of you if you say one more word." Nogla said, stepping forward and towering over Owl's shorter but intimidating figure.

"Aww, little Terroriser can't fight his own battles. And why Nogla of all people to fight them for you?" Owl mocked, looking at each of the boys with amusement.

Nogla caught Owl off guard when he suddenly tackled her and started throwing some punches to her. Owl narrowly missed the punches and either countered with her own or blocked 'em. Immediately, the boys ganged up on Kenny, who let out a crazy laugh before attacking them.

Thinking about the one promise I've still kept, I quickly broke up the fight between Owl and Nogla by pushing him off while Fox helped out Kenny. Looking at Owl, I felt relief since her emerald eyes were turquoise, meaning that she was just angry and her crazy side was still at bay.

How is that a sign of relief? She's still might end up killing them! That voice yelled in my head. I really need to do something about that. It's getting really annoying.

As I helped Owl up, the rest of the guys had stopped and stood together once again, all their eyes focused onto me. Nogla's lip was spilt open and Wildcat's nose was gushing blood while the other two just had more minor injuries.

What was weird and confusing was that the four of them just left, no words spoken or any sort of communication taken between each other or us. I wasn't the only one confused but I could feel the anger coming from Kenny and Owl.

Kenny tried to go after them but was help back by both Fox and I." Kenny." I warned." Just drop it for now."

Kenny took a deep breath to calm down before answering me," Fine. But I'm still gonna kick their asses next time I see them." She stated.

The four of us then began walking, forgetting all about the fact that we weren't meant to be hanging out with each other.

What a big mistake that was...

I know I'm meant to be studying right now but I needed a break. And I forgot to mention that I'm not that good at making up good comebacks, sorry about that.
