High School From Hell(Vanoss Crew Fanfic)

Chapter 21

Third Person, Elsewhere~

Everyone from Vanoss Crew, except for Delirious, Basically and Wildcat, were at Vanoss' place to discuss the task they have this Saturday. After explaining the plan and assigning them to their roles, everyone had left but Lui and Moo.

"Don't you think that this mission seems a bit suspicious?" Moo asked, looking over to Vanoss who was assessing the board with the plan over it. This took Vanoss only about a few day to plan out and make sure that this whole thing was full proof.

Lui nodded," Yeah, Brock's right. Isn't it weird that we don't even know who the target is?" He added.

"Don't you guys think I know that?" He spat, glaring over his shoulder, looking at them. His expression softened a second later, realising that he shouldn't get pissed at them. He turned around to face them." Look, I know its suspicious but the man said that we're getting paid very well for it."

Lui and Moo stared at each other then back at Vanoss, not believing him. Just to back up their point, Vanoss didn't even spare a look at them when he said that.

Moo decided to drop it,". I'm gonna go. I'll see you guys tomorrow." He said before leaving. The two boys remaining said their goodbyes before it went back to a momentary silence.

Vanoss scratched the back of his head," Do you mind helping me—"

Lui interrupted," Find more information about the guy paying us. Don't worry, I was gonna do that anyways." Vanoss nodded at him as Lui then left.

Vanoss walked over to his computer, sighing as he sat down on the leather office chair.

This is going to take a while.

The Next Day, Nyssa's Point of View~

"Don't you think it's weird that Vanoss Crew haven't been seen for the whole week so far?" Zell asked. The two of us just arrived at school a little earlier than usual.

"Honestly, yeah." I admitted." But it's a good thing, Zell."

Zell looked down then back up with her usual happy face. I could tell that when she looked down, she frowned. Zell always does that. What impresses me the most is how long it takes for her to just compose herself and put a smile on her face.

"Have you got a dress for tomorrow night?" She asked, dropping the subject.

I sighed and closed my eyes," Oh man, I forgot about that." I said, shaking my head. I still refuse to wear that dress whoever bought me. It's still at my home, hanging silently around the back of my closet for me to forget about it more quickly." Zell, do you mind—"

The smile on her face widened as she interrupted me," I'd love to help you find something to wear!" She said happily. The bell rang then she skipped off to her class.

Time Skip~

Luckily, it wasn't just Zell going along with me to find a dress for tomorrow night. I love Zell and all but the two of us are polar opposites, and she's the only one who I can't say the harsh truth to. When I told everyone else about it, I got a straight 'no' from Fox and Owl(not surprised). Dom, Brooke and Jumi also said no because they had stuff to do. So that just left Tiger, who agreed to come along. I was surprised when Tiger agreed, but then again, she doesn't miss a chance to mock me.
