Chapter five

Lilly's POV

Last night I thought Nate came into bed with me. I could have sworn he crawled under the covers and he held me. But I woke up today and he wasn't next to me?

Maybe it was all a dream. Maybe my love for Nate is getting out of hand. Maybe I'm going insane.

I decided to just forget about the whole thing. Though I didn't want to. Feeling his warm body and living arms around me just cuddling. It was something I loved. But it didn't happen. Or did it? It was to early for me to figure out. It seemed so real though!

I got out of bed after thinking hard about it and making a decision to awkwardly ask him about it. I put on some slippers because I knew the hard floor would be cold on my bare feet.

I walked down stairs and this sweet aroma filled the room. I took a deep sniff of it. Ahh it melt so good. What was it? I walked down the stairs the rest of the way and saw Nate in the kitchen. Was he cooking?!

I walked into the kitchen to see Nate making pancakes for breakfast. Ok I must really be going crazy or dreaming.

"Nate am I dreaming or are you really cooking breakfast?" I asked.

He quickly turned around a bit startled. I guess he didn't hear me coming. "Uh yeah make making some pancakes for you. You've been so nice to me I decided I would return the favor." He said with a smile.

Aw he was so sweet making me breakfast. "Aw Nate you didn't have to do that."

"We'll of course I did! You deserve someone to treat you nice too."

He walked over to me finished with the pancakes. "You do to much to help me and now it's my turn." He said smiling again.

I smiled then blushed. "Nate last night. Did you... Did you come and lay with me in bed last night?" I asked.

"Yeah I did. I couldn't sleep well because my back was hurting. But you made me feel better."

I looked down and blushed again. Why was he being so sweet? Oh well I didn't care. I looked back up at him. "Thank you Nate. For being so nice." I said thanking him.

He smiled and pecked me on the lips for a few seconds then pulled back. I stood there shocked. Speechless. Surprised.

"Umm sorry. I just. You have no idea how badly I wanted to do that." He said. I guess he was nervous now to. I didn't know how to respond so I leaned up and kisses him. His lips where so soft. I thought I was kissing clouds.

It felt so good to have Nate's lips on mine again. As we kisses Nate held on to my sides an held me close to him and I wrapped my arms around his neck and placed my hands on the back of his head.

We stayed like this for a minute then I pulled away. "I have wanted to do that for a long time too." I whispered back and layers my head on his chest. He smiled an kissed the top of my head.

"Let's eat Lil." He said softly. I say down at the table and Nate brought over the pancakes. They tasted amazing and I probably ate about 3 of them. Nate ate around 4.

After we ate I walked upstairs and changed into a warm summer outfit. A low cut tank top with shorts on. I had my hair in a messy bun.

I came back down stairs and Nate told me how great I looked. "Thanks Nate." I said smiling. I was so happy with him again.

"So I have plans for us tonight. We are going on a date."

"Really! Aw Nate your so sweet! What are we doing?"
