I ran into Adam's room as soon as I heard the scream. Liza and Sam were standing next to Adam's bed. Adam no longer had his oxygen mask on.

He was awake.

"Adam!" I screamed as I ran to his side. "Hey baby," He said in a drowsy voice. "You're awake," I said as tears flowed down my cheeks. Patsy and Michael came running in and hugged Adam. "What happened? My head hurts like a bitch," Adam said. "We got in a car crash, you've been in a coma," I said as I ran my fingers through his hair.

"Liza, Sam, why don't we leave Scarlett and Adam alone," Patsy said. "Bye Adam," Sam and Liza said before they left with Patsy and Michael. I pulled a chair up next to Adam's bedside.

"Are you ok baby?" He asked me. "Well there's something I need to tell you," I said as I held his hand. "Are you sick?" He asked. "No," I said as I smiled at his concern. "Then what is it?" He asked.

"I'm pregnant," I said.

"What?" He said. "4 months, I guess that night in Paris did something," I said. "Are we ready for a kid?" Adam asked. "Actually, we're having twins. One boy and one girl," I said. "Wow," Adam said. "Are you mad?" I asked him. "No, I'm excited. I've always wanted kids, and I'm glad that I get to have them with you," He said with his signature smirk on his face. "And I'm excited to have little Adam Jr. running around," Adam said as he chuckled. "Ok, we are not naming our boy Adam Jr." I said before I kissed his head.

"I love you Scarlett Rose Carmichael," He said. "I love you too Adam Noah Levine," I said before I placed a passionate kiss on his lips.

2 Months Later

Adam got out of the hospital a week after he woke up and he was recovering well. I had gotten much bigger in the past two months. Adam took me on a maternity shopping spree since the only things that still fit were my bikinis and underwear.

I woke up to the sound of Adam singing She Will Be Loved.

Beauty queen of only eighteen

She had some trouble with herself

He was always there to help her

She always belonged to someone else

I drove for miles and miles

And wound up at your door

I've had you so many times but somehow

I want more

I don't mind spending everyday

Out on your corner in the pouring rain

Look for the girl with the broken smile

Ask her if she wants to stay awhile

And she will be loved

She will be loved

Tap on my window knock on my door

I want to make you feel beautiful

I know I tend to get so insecure

It doesn't matter anymore

It's not always rainbows and butterflies

It's compromise that moves us along, yeah

My heart is full and my door's always open

You can come anytime you want

I don't mind spending everyday
