I went to school early to avoid my neighbor- Zeke Valderama.  A week had passed and I got used to this routine already.

Luckily, Zeke didn't bother me again like what he did a week ago. We would meet, but he would just greet me with a grin while I pretend like I don't know him at all. I wonder why I haven't seen him entering his unit with a girl-usually ganun ang casanova diba?

Si Johan naman madalas sa unit ko. Hindi ko alam kung insensitive siya o sadyang insensitive talaga siya. I always show him that I'm not interested, but he just never gives up.

"I already posted the first quarter class standings on the bulletin board." After hearing Ms. Pascua's announcement, my classmates rushed  towards the bulletin board.

I already know what my class standing would be so I didn't bother to check at all. I was always ahead of my classmates because I attend advance classes every summer.

The class standing chart is always updated every month.  Our rank depends on our performance in our different classes. It includes our test results, conduct, extra-curricular activities etc.

Hindi naman ganun ka-big deal ang class standing-it's purpose is to challenge us to bring out the best in us. Kaya lang, there's a catch-the top 1 should tutor the last student in the list-which is the 45th student.

I've always been tutoring the last student in my entire high school life. Sino naman kaya ngayon ang malas na estudyante?

"Back off!" I heard Zeke's voice coming from outside. I stood up to check who the 45th student is, pero andaming nakaharang. Bakit ang tagal nilang hanapin ang pangalan nila? I'm short kaya wala akong makita.

"Bakit ba nakaharang si Zeke sa Class Standing Chart?"

"Kahit pa anong class standing ni Zeke, he's still my prince charming."

"I badly wanted to know my CS. Ayoko na magpatutor kay Ice Princess."

"Ang gwapo talaga ni Zeke!"

"Girl, anong shade ng lipstick mo?"

Nakipagsiksikan ako. Mas lalo akong na-curious kung sino ang itu-tutor ko. I ended up in front of the crowd. I could see Zeke blocking the CS chart-namumula ang pisngi niya.

I smiled to myself, I can't believe that the conceited casanova is actually embarassed of his own rank. Pang-ilan kaya siya?

I hid my smile. "tabi" I ordered him. I heard gasps and murmurs from the people surrounding us. My heart jumped when Zeke met my gaze. "I'm Zeke Austin Valderama- he started off.

I always do and get what I want" Our classmates continued. I told you so-everybody knows about his famous motto.

I approached him. Next thing I knew, he was already kissing me. I lost my guard-hindi ko man lang siya napigilan. My eyes were automatically closing. His kisses were soft, but mind-blowing. My heart is throbbing fast. Hindi na naman ako nakapag-isip ng matino.

He pulled away. I was so surprised to see everybody gone already-except for Johan. He was staring blankly at me and Zeke.

"works everytime" Zeke said while grinning. He looked so d@mn good-what the hell is going on with me?
