"Hi"

Zerena and I refrained from eating when a girl rushed towards us. She's someone I could remember- she accidentally bumped me before. I could even remember na natarayan ko siya because she's blocking the way. She seemed to be in deep thoughts that time.

I wonder what brings her here.

She sat with us. Justin was still oblivious. He didn't notice her because he's busy eating. Zerena hit his arm.

"What was that for?!" He hissed at her while glaring.

"Pay attention kasi!" Nagbangayan na naman silang dalawa. I giggled. They look like a very cute couple. I'm sure that Zerena will kill me if I tell her how good they look together.

The girl smiled at me. "I'm Quinn Castillo. Is it okay if I eat here with you?" I admit she's very pretty- just by looking at her, you could already tell that she's innocent and angelic. I think her eyes are her most prominent feature beneath those thick glasses she's wearing.

"Sure" I smiled faintly. I don't know why I already feel so comfortable towards her despite the fact that I just met her. I bit my sandwhich- trying to act that I'm not interested.

"I'm from section C. Alam mo, I've always wanted to become your friend kaya lang naiintimidate ako sayo noon. I thought you were mean, but you're warm naman pala. I wonder why you're adressed as Ice princess." She said frankly. I kinda like her honesty. She's not afraid to admit how she feels about me. I hate backstabbers more than anything else. I'd rather be hurt by the truth than to be comforted with lies- ewan kung ba't ganun na lang ang logic ko.

"Oo nga ate Quinn. Ate Aya's always being misunderstood." Zerena added. I just hid a smile.

Justin gave me a meaningful look and it's telling me that he's going to say something that I wouldn't like to hear about.  "ate Aya, where's your boyfriend?" I gave him the i-hate-you-for-bringing-up-that-topic look. They all faced me. I just managed to give them a shrug kahit alam kong kasama niya sila Daryl ngayon.

I'm pretty sure that they'll just tease me if they find out that I know where Zeke is.

"Kuya Zeke is really cool! Napanood ko silang magpractice the other day." There's a glint in Zerena's eyes whenever she talks about Zeke. I could see how much she admires him. She sighed dreamily. I couldn't really blame her- there are times that Zeke could be sweet and cool and...

Lumalambot na ba talaga ang puso ko sa kanya? Stockholm syndrome na ba ang tawag dito? Being Zeke's captive, are we becoming emotionally attached?

Justin pouted then he crossed his arms. I smell jealousy. "I don't agree. Mas cool ako." He said, making the 'pogi' sign using his hand. Zerena and I both made a face then we laughed. I really enjoy Zerena's company. She's like my sister from another mother. I have always wanted siblings- yung kapatid ko talaga- hindi half sister/ brother. I could be selfish you see- ayoko nang may kahati- kaya siguro ganun na lang yung sakit na maramdaman ko nang malaman na nagka-affair si dad with another woman.
