February 1st, Friday, 1996
That night when Hermione headed up to the tower, the stars were twinkling more brightly than ever. Standing under them was a smirking Draco, still dressed up in his Quidditch robes from earlier that evening.
Hermione raised her eyebrows at them.
"I didn't find time to change into my regular clothes after practise." He explained.
"You look sweaty." Hermione observed teasingly.
Draco smirked and looked down. 3 seconds later he looked back up again, his smirk completely gone.
He took a step towards her, reaching out to her. Hermione moved at the same time. Their lips met, and in that moment Hermione thought that his touch couldn't have been sweeter.
He pulled away and said aloud "Accio Broom!" A moment later a Nimbus 2000 appeared before them. Hermione's stomach dropped, she knew was he expected of her.

Draco saw Hermione pale, but he wasn't going to let her get out of this. He had even pretended that he had to wear his Quidditch robes to meet her, just to show off how fantastic he looked in them.
He crawled onto the broom.
"Coming Granger?" He called out to Hermione.
"I'm afraid of heights!" Hermione called back.
He extended his hand to her and said "don't worry, you are safe with me."
She reluctantly took his hand and crawled onto the broom behind him. She wrapped her arms tightly across his chest, and buried her face into his shoulder. He shivered as her hot breathe danced across his skin.
"Ready!" he called.
She shook her head.
Draco smirked and let out a light chuckle; she had no idea what she was in for.
He kicked off the ground, and the two of them went whopping, and screaming into the night, so high that no one could hear them.

Oh my gawd that chapter was soooo short. It was supposed to be the end to the last chapter, but that didn't end up happening haha. Anyways I think I am going to add some conflict into the story. after all this is supposed to be an alternate ending.
