Chapter 15

Ethan pov:

Just as I sat next to my mother, she hands me a shirt.

I grab her hand and give it a squeeze. I can see the worry and fear present on her face.

Kaila being taken has effected everyone.

"Mom its okay whatever it is you can tell me."

Then my mind begin thinking the worst. Has she heard something about Kaila. Is she hurt or.

With my heart practically beating against my rib cage my mom squeeze my hands and before she could say anything I hear my cell phone ringing where I left it on the table in the living room.

My mom told me to get the phone it may be about Kaila.

I rush in and answer the phone.

"Hello"

"Is this Ethan" said the voice on the other end.

"Yes, who is this."

"That's not important. I have some information you might like to have."

"What is it? Is it about my daughter?"

"Maybe, meet me at noon tomorrow, come to the redwood pack lands, meet me at the diner on main street, come alone and keep your phone on I have been trying to reach you all day." the voice said sounding annoyed.

"Okay but it will take me longer to get there and I may be a little late." I said calculating the time.

"Not if you leave now and travel in wolf form. This is important. I'll contact you if I see you made it. And if you don't your loss and you won't here from me again." and with that the phone went dead.

I pause for a minute but head out and ask my mom can we talk later. She nods when she find out its about Kaila.

She kisses me and I hop off the porch and shift.

I hope they have a pair of clothes because in order to make it I have to leave now. So I push my wolf to travel the 15 hour distance.

Kiera pov:

Waking up these past couple of days with my baby girl beside me and the sun shining in our face has been heaven. I started my new job and this nice couple who everybody seems to do whatever they say that lives next to us keeps Kaila for me at no charge. I was skeptical at first but Lisa convinced me they would be okay.

Its Saturday and the community is having some big celebration. I don't know why but they insisted I come. Now me and Kaila have three hours to ourselves before the party begin.

Janet's pov:

"If you want to try me I will destroy you and not to mention my father who is alpha can and will take out your pack."

"Janet are you really threatening me? Your own flesh and blood?" my cousin screams in my ear.

"Plain and simple if you say or do anything to damage or destroy the work I done I will kill you personally."

The little bitch hung up.
