CHAPTER 10
Melissa's POV
"It's stunning." I whisper, truly amazed by the place. The cabin was surrounded by woods and you could see the beautiful lake behind the cabin. I grabbed my bag and followed Anthony towards the door. Anne and Aria came the night before but they were currently buying groceries.
"I'll show you or room." Says Anthony and I frown.
"room? As in the singular word room?" I question and he smirks.
"Scared to share a room with me?" He questions and I smirk.
"Of course not you Neanderthal." I say with a wink and he frowns.
"Seriously, a Neanderthal? I think we all know I'm as far away from that as you can get." He says with a cocky grin and I roll my eyes.
"Just show me where the damn room is, my bag is heavy." I whine and he laughs, leading us to a room that consists of 4 sets of bunk beds.
"The first night we all sleep outside, but after that we all come in here. The gang is on their way already." He explains and I nod.
"Do they all stay here for all four weeks?" I ask and he shakes his head.
"No, Justin, Mia, Hallie, Blake, and Alex only stay for 5 days, but Jake will most likely stay the entire time." Explains Anthony and I frown, it's no secret that Jake and I do not get along.
"He's seriously not that bad once you get to know him." Says Anthony, reading my mind.
"Well he hasn't exactly welcomed me very well." I spit, remembering how he called me a charity case the first day I met him.
"He's had to deal with a lot of shit growing up Mel, he blocks people out kinda like someone else I know." Anthony says, muttering the last part and I playfully punch him in the arm.
"Whatever I still don't like him, it's not like I had it easy growing up either and I didn't toss names at him." I say nonchalantly.
"Pick your bed?" Says Anthony and I smile.
"Can I be on top?" I ask him. I've always wanted a bunk bed.
"W-What?" Stammers Anthony and I roll my eyes.
"Can I have a top bunk? Gosh, get your head out of the gutter Tony." I say with a glare and he glares back at me.
"Pick a damn bed and hurry up, Jake is going to be here soon." Anthony says and I moan.
"I thought I had a few hours Jake free." She says, pouting and I roll my eyes.
We hear a knock on the door and Anthony yells for Jake to come inside. I'm not going to lie, Jake is a hottie. He's got dark curly hair that is longish for a guy, the warmest brown eyes, he's super tall and definitely works out. He has high cheekbones and a sharp jawline, unfortunately his personality is shit.
"Seriously? You frickin brought the she devil?" Jake asks with a smirk and I glare at him.
"You're such an asshole." I say and he rolls his eyes.
"At least I'm an attractive asshole." He says and I stick my tongue out.
"Keep telling yourself that bud." I say with a smirk and he glares at me as I brush by both boys.
"I've been here for 5 minutes and I already want to leave, she's such a bitch" He says to Anthony and I storm back into the room.
"You have a really big mouth, does that compensate for your extremely small dick?" I ask in a sickly sweet voice and Jake glares at me as I spin on my heel and walk away from the two boys.
