West (Book 4)

You kinda will fight me...

"We don't wanna fight." Daniel said. "It isn't okay."
"But we will if we have to." South added. "Alright. Fair enough. Meet me on the hotel roof. I don't want any of you falling into the volcano." I said.

That was a mistake.

I shouldn't have said to meet at the top of a hotel. How could I get there so quick. Maybe if I shoot fire out of my hands like a jetpack, I could fly there. It's worth a shot.

My palms faced the ground below me as I shot fire out of them. I slowly and unsteadily lifted off the ground. I did it! Eventually I made my way to the hotel.

South, North, Daniel and East were standing there. "It's about time you showed up." North said.

They were all in their "Hero Outfits." If you can't remember what they looked like, here is an explanation.

North had a blue and white top, the ruffles looked too much like waves. Her skirt hung down and touched her ankles on the right side but only to her knees on the left. The skirt was an ombré of ocean colors.
The ends of her bangs were died dark blue, and her hair was in a messy bun which in my opinion looked cool. Her makeup was very unique. There was blue and white around her eyes.

South's hair was down to her shoulders. Her bangs covering one eye were a dark green. She had a flowing brown and green dress that went a little below her knees. Instead of gloves she had tree branches spiral down from her elbows to her wrists. Her makeup was unusual. It almost looked like she had a leaf on each eye.

East had a long braid that was white at the top and you could see the clear ombré that soon made a chocolate brown color at the tip of the braid. She had a hood-less cape that went down to her lower back. She had a baby blue leotard on with white leggings underneath it.

Daniel morphed into a dragon. I hadn't noticed that his scales looked like leaves before. You learn something new everyday.

"Right. Let's just get this over with." I said. Almost immediately, I shot fireballs at each of them. North shot water out and the opposite elements exploded as they collided.

I shot another fireball. It barely touched South but she got burned a little on her arm. The branches caught fire but East blew it out.

East sent a tornado after me and I set it on fire. North put it out.

"Guys." I began. "I'm the oldest. I have the strongest element, sooooo therefore, I'm the strongest."

"But you're outnumbered dummy." South retorted. "Also, think about it. Before Malden died and you freaked out and became evil, how strong were you really?"

I thought for a moment. She... Has a point.

"Malden is helping you. You are becoming him. I can see it in your eyes!" East yelled. "Snap out of it!" She ran over and slapped me in the face.
