Timothy's POV

"Mr. McKay your mail sir." She handed me a stack of letters.

"Thank you Grace." I sifted through the mail and saw two letters one by a Ryan Tenner and one from Greenville High school, my old school.

"Grace will you please come in here?" I called for her via intercom. Once she heard me she came into my office and sat down in one of my chairs.

"Yes Mr. McKay?"

"Who is Ryan Tenner?"

"Did you read the letter sir?"

"Yes I did. And it states here:

To whom is may concern,

My name is Ryan Tenner and I am writing to you, Timothy Mckay, to tell you that the after effect you have had on my wife, Harmony Tenner, is ridiculous. I ask that you leave her alone and you never talk or contact her for anything ever again.

Sincerely Ryan Tenner"

"Oh, sir I don't know who that is. But have you ever known someone named Harmony?"

"Yes but she would never marry someone that was against her morals."

"I'm sorry sir. That's the only explanation."

Would Harmony really get married? When we were together she always was regretful of marriage she said that it was a waste of money and a piece of paper to tell you that you have been bound to one sole person is something she never wanted. I always respected that because she was my everything but then one day.....ugh never mind what happened in the past doesn't matter. She probably changed.

"You're dismissed Grace." I waved her off.

Maybe I should attend this reunion and see if my sweet singing Harmony has been hitched. Plus we are only good friends right? What's the harm?

I walked into my house and put on some music as I advanced towards the kitchen to make myself a proper dinner.

"You should really have a maid or chef around her, Mckay." I recognized that voice immediately.

"Sorry to disappoint you Gerald, but not everyone needs a nice home and a maid."

"But the CEO of Apple does need to have a nice home and a maid."

"But I don't have to have one if I don't want one. Which I don't brother, my small quite little home and myself is perfectly fine."

"Not to mom."

"Mom and Dad left me in the dust after I graduated High school."

"They did not."

"They did Gerald! They told me if I was to run an imaginary dream like running a business then to leave their home so they can prosper with you."

"They told me you ran away."

"As they would. If I live here and the only person knows is you then I'm safe from them wanting money and my time." I headed towards the kitchen and started working on my dinner.

"Well I came for a reason Big brother."

"What is it?"

"I need a place to stay for a bit and you said that if I did then I could stay with you."

"Of course you can stay!" I put down the knife and went to hug him. "There's a guest bedroom down the hall to your left please take it."

"Thank you, Tim."

"You're welcome."

He started to leave to get settled but I remembered that there were some ground rules to him being here. I guess I'll tell him over dinner.
