You were walking hand in hand with your boyfriend Alex. He had promised to take you out today because he hasn't talked to you a lot lately.
"This is fun" you said. You waited a minute and Alex still wouldn't answer you. You turned to look at him and saw he was texting on his phone.
"Who are you texting?" You asked and he still didn't respond.
"Alex!!" You yelled and his head shot up.
"Uhh, yeah love you too." He said stuttering a bit.
"That's not what I said."
"Hey look ice cream, I'll go get us some. You wait here." He said and kissed your cheek. You waited about five minutes
"(Y/N)!!" You heard someone yell. You turned and saw your best friend Zayn sprinting towards you.
"Zayn?" He finally reached you and was gasping for air.
"What are doing?" You asked.
"I... Was taking... A break... From... Recording.. And was getting... Ice cream.. And..." Zayn was cut off by Alex.
"Uhhh, Zayn?" He said walking towards you two. You looked at Zayn and he just glared at Alex.
"You okay?" You asked Zayn. He forcefully walked towards Alex.
"You don't deserve her." He said through clenched teeth.
"What are you talking about?" Alex said. You stood by watching the scene.
Z- "Do you have any fucking idea how amazing she is!"
A- "she's my girlfriend of course I do!"
Z- "why? You are such a Fucking low life!"
That's when you cut in.
"Zayn, what are you talking about?" You asked. He turned to you and pulled out his mobile. He opened up a picture and showed it to you. You looked at it and saw Alex kissing a girl from the ice cream place. You
Looked up at Alex with tears in your eyes.
"Babe, I can explain." He said trying to grab your hand but you backed away from him.
"Don't bother." You said now years streaming down your face.
"Why don't you get out of here." Zayn said with anger clear in his voice. Alex sighed and walked away. Zayn pulled you in a hug and rubbed your back as you still cried.
"Shhh, he's not worth your tears."
"I thought he loved me." You sobbed.
"He can never love you as much as I can." Zayn mumbled.
"What?" You asked pulling away and looking in his eyes.
"I love you (Y/N) I always have." He said. His head leaned down and he connected your lips. He pulled away and looked in your eyes.
"I've loved you for so long." You said. He smiled down at you then wiped away one of your tears.
"Now, don't cry. Angels shouldn't cry."
