Deja Vu

The apartment door slammed closed behind you as you took off to go find Jiyong. Why is he so upset over a freaking phone call? Boys, I swear. You desperately running the direction he went, hoping to find him, and as you were about to turn the corner, You were pulled into a dark alley. You tried screaming, but a hand covered your mouth. Your back was roughly pushed against the brick wall, knocking the air out of you. "I never thought I'd see you again." The voice was all too familiar. You never thought you'd hear it again. Tears immediately formed in your eyes, thinking about that awful night. It was him, the man responsible for shooting you that awful night. How the hell did he find you? Quickly reacting, you sent a swift knee to his goods, causing him to fall to the ground in pain. Then you booked it, yelling Jiyong's name for dear life. It was deja vu, you running from this person. Same time at night. Maybe this time he'll be successful in his murder. Nope, not today. "JIYONG PLEASE HELP ME I NEED YOU!" You kept running back towards the apartment, hearing footsteps thudding behind you.

Dear God, please help me. Oh my God. "RAE STOP RUNNING!" You came to a halt, turning around. Ji. You ran to him, pulling at his arm. "Ji, we have to go. Now." He wasn't moving, a confused look on his face. "Rae, why are-" You shook my head, pulling on his arm and running. "JI! No time to explain, we need to go. Please. Now." He nodded, and you ran back to the apartment. You quickly shoved him into the living room, locking every lock on the door. You backed away from the door, scared he was going to show up any second. "Rae, talk, now." Walking up to him, you grabbed his hand, pulling him to the couch. "First off, never run off like that, especially this late at night. Please." You looked at him with hurt eyes, and he nodded, his thumb rubbing circles on your hand. "The man who.. who shot me in America.. he-he found me.. that's why we needed to leave. I don't know how he did-" You were interrupted by Ji kissing you. It wasn't needy or lust filled. It was calm, reassuring. He pulled away, caressing your face.

"I am so sorry for getting upset with you. It was just a phone call, and you're not even officially mine for me to get jealous over, even though Ill still get jealous no matter what. I will never walk out on you again. And I promise I will do everything in my power to keep you safe. That man will not touch you, or come close to you. Ever." You nodded, pulling him into a hug. "Should I tell Chelsea?" You felt him nod, knowing it'd be best to let her know he was on the loose, and knew where you were. You felt safe in Ji's arms. It was like home. Whenever you felt lost or alone, this is where you wanted to be. His arms. "Can... can we just go lay down?" Jiyong looked at you, nodding with a small grin on his face. You both crawled under the covers, facing each other. Jiyong reached out with one hand and gently started tracing your face. The outline of your eyes, your nose, where your cheekbones dip. The last place his fingertips brushed against was your lips. "So beautiful." He whispered, causing you to blush a deep red. "I mean it. I've never felt this way about somebody in my entire life."

"Me either." You whispered, scooting closer until there was no space between the two of you. "Ji, can I photograph you tomorrow?" You messed with his shirt, waiting for his reply. "Of course." You smiled to yourself, and you finally realized you haven't taken pictures in forever. You haven't felt the familiar grip of the camera, heard the shutter of the camera snapping a picture. The delicacy in editing the pictures, making sure every angle is perfect. It was something you missed deeply, and you were glad you had a reason to take pictures again. You have a reason to be happy, a reason to do the things that make you happy. There was just one small problem- that man was back. And you knew he wasn't going to leave you alone. What were you going to do? Maybe you could leave. Ditch here, never look back. How would Chelsea react? Jiyong? Would Woozi even care?

You weren't safe here. Maybe it would be best if you left.. you could tell Chels, just so she knew. You'd have to be sneaky if you went through with it. Not tomorrow. Maybe the next day? You sighed, contemplating if you should leave or not. It was the only way to keep yourself safe. To keep Chelsea safe.. Jiyong. You'd look up plane tickets tomorrow, but you decided to spend time with Ji before you left, so you cuddled up into his arms and closed your eyes, falling into deep sleep.
