A/N Back to Bethany’s POV ~

It was unlike any kiss I’d ever experienced in my life, not that I had experienced many, but it was far better than the few I had. After I heard Frank mutter something and shut the door somewhere down the hall, I pulled away. Much to Gee’s dismay.

“No, Bethany, please.” He begged and pressed his lips to mine own again, his hands falling to a grip on my waist to hold me there. I felt those butterflies again as I kissed back, starting in my stomach and rising up in my lungs, tickling the skin there before exiting my mouth when we pulled away. His hands didn’t leave my waist as he put smiled at me with both mouth and eyes.

“That was uh-“

“Unexpected?”

I just nodded my head: yes.

“Did it, uh, creep you out.”

I shook my head: no.

“Good.” Gee smiled cockily then, proud of himself, and dropped both his hands to hold mine, quite awkwardly might I add. Then he jerked his head upwards, as if remembering something and shouted down the hall,

“THANKS FRANKIE!”

I giggled.

“Your giggle is cute.” He winked and I felt my face go red.

“What does this mean then?” He asked, shyly.

“Um, I-“

“Will you be my girlfriend?” He blurted out, and actually-get this-covered his own mouth with his hand as if the words shocked even himself.”

“Sorry Beth I didn’t mean to-“

“Yes.”

“What did you just say?”

“Yes.”

“Yes? Yes! Yes?”

I laughed and nodded, “Yes, Gee.”

“Oh my god, yes! Yes! Frank, get your ass out here, yes she said yes!” He raised his arms to the sky in victory.

“Could you be more dramatic if you tried?” I joked and Frank ran down the hall, engulfing me in a hug and spinning me in a circle.

“I knew it, I knew it.” He sang like the toddler he was. I giggled and looked at Gee who was looking back at me. I smiled sheepishly and went to look down but was stopped by both his cupping my cheeks and his lips pushed against mine.

Frank whistled and I pulled away, flipping him off. Gee rolled his eyes.

“Well,” he said, “why don’t we cook up a nice thanksgiving dinner? It’s a few days late but, it’ll be fun.”

Frank scoffed, but I thought the idea was great, it’d been the first thanksgiving I could remember not having a dinner, but the events of the past days had kind of provided a distraction.

“Sounds great Gee.”
