Bits of wood and shards of glass went flying as a huge, hairy, paw game through the window what was halfway boarded up. I looked up to see a paid of glowing red wolf eyes looking into the room.
"RUN!" Kaden hissed while Picking up a sword off the ground and swinging it at the gray wolfdren with thick bushy blue fur around his neck. The wolfdren grabbed the blade of the sword with his large paws.
"I can help!" I said while looking at my father. Two more wolfdren that looked exactly like the first one jumped in through the window. They had there sharp teeth bared as the came closer to Kaden.
"YOU HAVE TO LEAVE!" Kaden said while swinging the sword at the wolfdren. The wolfdren didn't seem to fear him and they began to thrash their claws at him. "ACE WILL HELP YOU FIND RATCHET!" The wolfdren then pounced onto the lombax making him fall onto the ground.
"DAD!" I cried. They're going to kill him! I can't just let that happen.
Two more wolfdren came in through the window and they began to come towards me. "RUN!" Kaden hissed. "I'LL MEET BACK UP WITH YOU SOON ENOUGH!"
What other choice did I have than to run? I can barely fight and those wolfdren are way stronger and bigger than me. I dashed towards the door that lead to the room Ace went into. I slowly stepped onto a support beam as I began to make my way towards the other side. The two wolfdren that wanted to attack me stayed at the end of the support beam, there red glowing eyes just watched.
"Come on Mindi!" I heard Ace yell from somewhere below the support beam. It was dark and hard to see so I didn't know where he was. I was still walking along the support beam of until I saw a pare of neon green eyes shine from below. "come on already!" The squatole hissed. "Just jump!"
"I-I" I stuttered as I got rid ready to leap down into the darkness below.
"Come on Mindi!" Ace called. "Your Kaden's daughter, I know you can do this." He reassured me.
I took a deep breath as I leaped down into the darkness below. I hope those wolfdren don't come down here and I hope Kaden is okay.
