"Excuse me but I'm starting to feel like you love your guy friend more than your girl friends. With all the knowledge you have about my love for apples you go and give Nate" Em said with a very high level of girly attitude. You know the one where hands are all over and the head is doing those dramatic movements. That almost made me laugh until my friend dearest had to comment.
"Duh!you still on that tip? Every living cell in this building knows that. Haven't you heard opposites attracts?" I didn't know whether to feel insulted or grateful that Ash defended me. The inner me kept asking if that was true. I treat them the same do I not? I then realized they didn't know about the little game I played via texts.
"Nope, you got it all wrong Ash. I love you guys the same, and Em the apple was a dare. We played truth or dare during English..." Ash decided to voice her thought while I was still explaining. How rude!
"Oh that explains why you farted in class" Ash pointed as she just made sense of my earlier embarrassment. After that I went back to explaining what happened until a few minutes ago when I gave up my apple. Only then they seem to understand. Deciding we had talked enough about me I turned the attention to Ash.
"So Ash, what did mr Calton want from you?" Before class was over mr Calton had asked Ash to remain. Everyone thought it was her attitude that was the matter. Considering how she was not so respectful earlier on. On the other hand I didn't think that was the case. Remember the look on his face after Ash had shared the joke? Yep that's the only reason why I was so eager to know.
"Wes you mean?" Ash corrected before continuing. "He told me how he was impressed about my defense to his last name. The grand question was why " let me get this straight. Ash stays in class to further more make Calton look good? Ask me I know. When something smells fishy, its a fish.
"Hold up,why do you get to stay because of commenting on his last name? What about those girls who always tells him he looks good today and how they looove his pants, shirt or shoes?" Em had a point. Even the first day he came to GWH,students had said 'nice name' after he introduced himself. So why didn't Ash get a free pass like the rest of them did?
The guy made half the student here wanna break the law. I was not among the wanna-break-the-law, only because of one reason. He was wayy older than me and I certainly didn't want all my innocence taken away by a person I knew wasn't gonna think of ending up with me. I never had as little as a kiss from a guy and my first wasn't gonna be my high school teacher, nope. Though that would be interesting.
Besides that he was a good eye candy. Plus his accent, to diiiie for. British! Do I have some accent lovers in the house? "Gosh can't you just be happy he chose me?anyway I simply said I didn't like it when people made such comments about others and would defend any victim to such"
Ash was probably imagining a mini her-him building a sand castle at the beach while her and him hold hands walking to the sunset. She always told us about such day dreams about older guys. Saying high school guys would only be thinking about making out all the time.
"Did he buy that?" I asked in shock."unless you gave him a reason not to" Ash stated with the duh tone.
"I've been waiting to hear about the cabin, but it seems I ain't getting anything" giving up on Ash I turned to Em who has been silent about her trip to the cabin with her Zac.
"Well like Ash said we did what high school guys always want to do and went down to the lake where...let's just say we did what scared the fish away" Emily said looking around and spotting her Zac over at Nates table. She gave a small wave. All at once turning pink.
"Oh no you didn't!" Ash commented her eyes seeming to bulge out of her skull as she did. She seemed to be taking interest in the conversation because she put her phone down and looked at Em.
