Howdy ya'll?

I just wanted to check on, whether you guys like me changing their point of views or not... but I can't help it... This scene will have quite a few P.O.Vs.

I hope you'll don't mind it! Comment if you're okay with it, or not. I'll definitely try to change... a bit.

Now, let's see what happens.

Ethan's P.O.V

"Hmm...." I get up to pick one of the books off the shelf. It was about general science, but I was too bored to care anyways. I opened the book to find Olivia's name sprawled across. I went to the next page and the next, and got engrossed in it.

I finally, at page number sixty-four, stopped reading. I look up at the wall clock, '11:59'. I huff, I think I should spoil Emily's sleep now, she's been sleeping for a long time. Still, I lazily lie on the bed, I literally drag myself out of the warm covers.

An ear-piercing scream fills my room and echoes in my ear. I sprang to my feet to investigate who it came from. I open the door.

Oh no. No, no, no, no, no.

This is not happening. Is this a prank or what? This isn't a prank. I rub my eyes and stare at the sight before me in absolute horror.

I stare at the possibly, lifeless body of... Emily. Without a second's delay, I race up to call the ambulance.

Tears hit my cheek, for I don't know what. I quickly sit beside Emily and check if she's breathing. No. She isn't, I think.

Panicking, I know just one thing, I have eight or seven or six or even less minutes before her brain can get damaged due to less oxygen.

Dammit.

I quickly remember a procedure, I place both my hands right where her neck joins with her body, and I pump once, hoping she comes back to life but no reaction occurs. I pump again, this time, harder, but still... nothing.

Tears fall down rapidly. Please, Emily. Please. I beg of you. I beg of God.

Just... come back... Open your eyes! Or just freaking breathe!

I keep on pumping, till I hear the door click open.

I slip my arms beneath Emily and pick her up and go down the stairs.

Fortunately, they have a stretcher and I gently drop Emily on that. They take me along in the ambulance.

As I sit in the back, I see a man fiddling around with an oxygen tank which I think will be there for Emily.

Then the man takes a blue tube and attaches it to Emily's mouth and pumped the blue thing.

I put my head down, and suddenly, I hear a weird noise. I look up, instantly.

"What just happened?" I get up to my feet and balance myself as the ambulance takes a sharp left turn and into the hospital's emergency bay.

The man looks at me sympathetically, "She's breathing again, but she is unconscious."

"Thanks," I say in a quiet voice.

She's still in this world. Thank god.

He nods, as the doors of the ambulance are pulled out. I get down from the vehicle, and walk along with Emily, when one of the nurses' comes up to me. "I'm sorry, sir, you won't be able to contact her for an hour or so. We will tell you when her condition is better."
