~"Here I go again on my own, going down the only road I've ever known, like a hobo I was born to walk alone" - Whitesnake~

Harry's P.O.V

I reached the building at 10.30am, deliberately late. I was in no mood of listening to Trevor. I slowly got out of the car, taking my time as I had no intention of actually seeing Trevor. I felt the sensitive skin under the waistline of my boxers sting and I flinched, readjusting my briefs. I locked my car and headed towards the entrance of the building, realising that the closer I got, the more I wanted to turn around and not come back until our actual manager had returned. I refrained myself from screaming in frustration when I stepped inside the building and I headed to the reception. The assistant looked up and gave me a disdainful look

"You're late" she huffed

"And you're rude, but you don't hear anyone complaining about that either" I retorted rudely, not having any intention of being nice to the new management. The secretary that was seated next to the assistant looked up wide-eyed. The assistant scowled and reached for the telephone, giving me the time to wink at the secretary, who gave me a thumbs up

"He's waiting for you in his office. Are you sure you know where it is?" the assistant cooed

"Yes, I don't have such a short term memory as you do" I said dryly, turned around and headed for the elevator. I leaned against the wall and waited for the doors to close, but just before they started closing a man hopped in. He was wearing α suit and his hair was perfectly styled. His eyes reminded me of Gemma's and I instantly felt a bit homesick. I shifted, instantly feeling the waistband of my boxers scrape over my sensitive skin. I winced and readjusted my boxers yet again. The man smiled at me, nodding once. I nodded once as well, but didn't bother to smile as the constant dinging of the elevator reminded me where I was expected

"What's up, kid?" the man asked

"Nothing, I'm just being given a hard time because I spend too much time with my friend"

"How can you spend too much time with your friend?" the man questioned

"I know, right?!" I threw my hands up in frustration

"Who told you that?" the man wondered

"You know Trevor Bridges?"

"Th-the boss?" the man's eyes widened "He told you? He's an awful person"

"Tell me 'bout it" I muttered. The elevator came to a halt and it dinged obnoxiously loud as the doors opened

"Well, this is my floor. It was nice meeting you..."

"Harry" I completed his sentence

"I'm Stephen" he said, then turned around and exited the elevator

The doors closed again and sooner than I had wished for I was on the top floor, heading for Trevor's office. Without even bothering to knock, I slammed the door open and took a seat at the desk. Trevor didn't look up from his work and didn't seem the slightest bit annoyed about my entrance until he spoke up

"Never heard of knocking, Styles?"

"Ever heard of privacy, Bridges?" I retorted

"How about coming to your appointments on time? Did your mum ever teach you something about that?" he asked. How dare he?

"How about I don't give a fυck? Anyone ever taught you something about that? I heard Lady Gaga gives great lessons in that department. And for your information, my mum did a way better job than yours did"

"Lady Gaga sucks" his childish answer was

"I heard she turned the last person who said that into an outfit" I smiled, reminding him of Lady Gaga's meat dress. Even though I had just made that up, I saw Trevor gulp and I mentally patted my shoulder
