Chapter 10

Kendall's POV:

I woke up to Avery yelling at me tiredly. "Kendall! Kendall wake up! Kendall!!".  I looked at the clock. 3:29 in the morning on a Saturday.

"Shut up!" I yelled at her. "What the hell do you want?" I asked.

"Your phone has been going off for the last 10 minutes.... Turn the thing off!" 

I looked at my phone. 3 missed calls and 12 unread texts all from Carter. I walked out of the room and read the texts.

Baby 

Boo

Kendall Scarlett Grey!!!

Are you awake?

You should wake up  :)

Kendall, text me back.

Hello?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?

He's so cute! But very annoying at the same time. Who texts someone at 3 o'clock in the morning? That's irritating. I call him right as I leave the room. 

"Hey babe." He said on the other line.

"Hey, why are you trying to get a hold of me at 3:30 in the morning?" I ask with a giggle. 

"Oh yeah, Ummm... Sorry but I can't make it do the date.. I forgot I uhh.... I had other plans." He said with hesitance. 

"Oh .. Ok.. I get it." I said. Yeah I'm kinda sad about, but no big deal.

"Hey babe, are you almost done on the phone?" I hear a girl from the other line, and it oddly sounds like Aislin. 

I can hear Carter put his hand over the speaker, and i hear a muffled, "Yeah, hold on." 

"Hey Kendall, I'll call you later k?" He asks me.

"Yeah, but I won't be answering." I say back bluntly. 

Aislin? Really? When she said 'Hes mine', I guess she wasn't playing. 

I turned off my phone right after that.  I have to find something to do tomorrow to keep my mind off of Carter. It's almost 4 o'clock in the morning. Well, I don't feel like sleeping, so I turned on my laptop and went on Youtube. When I feel sad, or mad, or lonely, the first thing I look up on Youtube to make me feel better is Kingsley. I love him so much. He knows how to make anyone laugh. 

 I ended up watching all of his ask Kingsley videos. I thought I was going to pee myself from laughing so hard!

After watching many Kingsley videos, I decided to start getting ready for school. I'm not even going to be able to look at him today. I was really excited about this date, but you know what? I'm  going to get over it. It's not like we're actually dating. He never asked me to be his girlfriend. 

 I pick out this really cute outfit. I'm done with Carter. Yeah, I guess I'm over reacting, but really? Aislin? Whatever.

Avery kept questioning me on our way to school. She kept asking who was trying to get a hold of me. I just said McKenna. I really didn't want to explain the whole me and Carter thing. She finally shut up when we got to school. 

Right when I got to my locker, the one and only, Aislin Scott came up to me.

"Hey Kendall." She said a little too happy.

"Uhhh... Hi?" I said back.

"So.. I just wanted to tell you, me and Carter are dating!" She said with excitement. Honestly, I kind of saw that one coming. 

"Congratulations." I said bluntly while getting my books out of my locker.

"Well, thanks." She said with a big smile. "Me and Carter are going to the fair this afternoon." 

"Have fun." I said slamming my locker and heading off to my first period class.

"Oh, I will" I heard her yell down the hall.

I walked into first period and of course, there's Carter sitting right on my desk. 

"Hey baby." He said leaning in for a kiss. I quickly back away before he can. "What's wrong?" He asks.

"Nothing." I reply bluntly, right before the bell rang. He got off my desk and sat in his desk which was right next to me. Great.

As class ended, I had 18 notes on my desk and 9 missed texts all from Carter. As I walked out of class, I threw every single note away without even looking at them. I don't have the time for his bullshit. When lunch came around, I sometimes sit with Carter and his friends, but today, I'm sitting with Avery and Carson. 

Right as I sit down at their table,  Aislin comes up and sits on the other side of Avery. 

"May I help you?" Avery asks in her snotty voice.

"No, I'm good." She says as she starts to eat. Avery's best friend, Aria, comes up behind Aislin and says just loud enough for our table to hear, "Get off of our table slut."

Right when Aria said that, Aislin left. I couldn't thank her more. After school, Avery wanted to know what I was laughing about this morning, so I showed her a Kingsley video. Avery and I watched his videos and around midnight I heard something hit our window. I looked down, and there stood the one and only, Carter Mason.

A/N : This chapter is pretty much a filler... On the right is the outfit Kendall wore to school.. And an insanely funny Kingsley video, just saying ;)
