The sun was blazing outside. Summer is about to end. The birds are chirping and the bees are buzzing around the flowers.

Meanwhile, the teenaged boy was sleeping peacefully in his room. The air conditioner was humming quietly. His room was so cold, that he has to snuggle in his blanket.

Nagito Komeada was dreaming about his favorite childhood with his parents again. He smiles as his dreams were meant to be real to him.

' I missed them so much.' He sighed, sadly. He will never forget the time when he had so much fun.

Nagito's dream

When Nagito was seven, his parents took him to the carnival. He had never been to the carnival before. There, the carnival was filled with fun and excitement. He couldn't decide which ride he should go on.

Sudennly, something caught his eyes. The carousel has alot of pretty horses and the children were laughing. It went around and around. The music was soft like it was almost like a lullbay. As soon as the music stopped, the parents came to pick up their children. Nagito was eager to take a ride on it.

"Mommy. Daddy. I want to take a ride over there." He smiled as he pointed to the red and yellow carousel.

His parents smiled as they followed him to the carosel. It has different colors of the horses such as brown, white, yellow, and black. Nagito found a white horse and tries to hop on it. Sadly, he couldn't do it because the horse was too high for him.

"Don't worry, sweetie. I'm here." His mother said, as she helped him get on the horse.

"Thank you for helping me." Nagito said, politely, remembering the lessons that his mother taught him about politeness.

The owner of the carousel was waiting for the others to on the ride. Nagito couldn't wait for it to start. When he looked around the area, the children were filling up quickly.

Suddenly, fear has build up inside of him as he realized that once the carousel starts, the horse would go up higher. His body was shaking and starts to whimper. His father quickly notices his reactions and knows that his son had never been on the ride before.

"Nagito, what's wrong? Don't you want to ride on the carousel?" His father asked, with concern.

Tears are starting to form into Nagito's eyes.

"Daddy. I'm scared that I will fall down and hurt myself." He quivered

"Oh son, I know you are not going to hurt yourself because me and your mother will be watching you. If you feel uncomfortable about it, you can choose not to ride on it." He said, with calmness in his voice.

Thinking about his words, he rubbed his eyes and smiled at him. Knowing that his son would keep his decision to stay on it, his father smiled and patted him on the back. Then, the owner announced that the ride was about to start.

The parents went behind the bars with concern looks on their faces to watch them. His parents are different from them. They sat on the beach, together keeping an eye on him. 'My parents really do care about me.' Nagito thought, as the ride started to go around in circles.

There, he found himself smiling and laughing while his parents were happy. Nagito saw them and waves with one arm while his hand is on the pole. They saw him and waved at him back.

"Nagito, smile for the camera."

His mother has a camera in her hands and begins to take pictures of him. ' This is the best day I've ever had.' Nagito thought happily, as the breeze blew his white shaggy shoulder-length hair.
