Levana sat on her throne, regal and stern.
She just received a comm from Kai, suggesting their wedding be held on Luna. She suspected a hidden reason behind his proposal. But he seemed confident and sure of himself. His arrival in Artemisia was to be expected in five days.
It was common knowledge that the emperor would do anything to turn the tide. They also discussed other topics, such as calling back her wolf mutant army and cease their attacks. She agreed, knowing that she already did enough damage to get her message across.
Levana still had the upper hand, but there was still the nuisance of the cyborg, Princess Selene. Just the thought of the cyborg made her sneer. It contorted her face, still radiating with beauty. The cyborg hasn't done much damage to her plans. The problems she caused were easily overlooked and solved.
But nonetheless, she was still irritated at many things other than the cyborg. Her stepdaughter was getting on her nerves more often than usual. Some days, she could be clawing at her throat, ending her stepdaughter's life, if it weren't for her promise to her late husband.
"Your Majesty," a guard said, interrupting her thoughts. "We are receiving reports from the outer sectors, stating riots from the citizens."
"What?" barked Levana. In her head, she thought of the cyborg. She finally made her move.
So much has happened these past couple of days. So ending Kai back home. Distributing ourselves throughout the outer sectors. Trying to get me known throughout the citizens. Cause an uprising. My head pounded at the thought.
The entire ordeal took many days of planning and took away countless hours of sleep. The organization found them almost immediately, and they immediately started discussing plans. Every detail was carefully thought out, and every outcome that could possibly happen.
The organization offered us shelter. And through their vast underground network of tunnels, we were able to distribute ourselves into the sectors. There weren't many of us to begin with, and if the outer sector people decide to join, our army still won't be as strong. Only few of us are capable of manipulating others, and even then they don't have much control over their power. Not to mention some are into the early stages of letumosis.

Everything happened yesterday. Cress hacked into each sector in order to broadcast a live comm from me to the Lunars. Some sectors were unresponsive while others were waiting for this sort of thing to happen. All it took was some careful retaliation from our soldiers to get the action rolling.Soon after, we got a comm from Kai saying that things went well with Levana. Everyone was shocked for this plan to go this far. Now, everyone is up and alert, determination set into their faces like a second skin.
Tomorrow is when I make my way to the capital and reclaim my throne.
