I wake up around 8 or so and see Mia sleeping peacefully next to me. And soul isn't here. He must be on the couch. I leave my room quietly so I don't wake up Mia and go down stairs. Soul is sleeping on the couch. I feel bad for him. But I just know that Mia loves him, its just a faze. But still. Soul is taking this really hard. In about a year or so everything will be all about daddy and not mommy anymore. Soul has to be patient, or he's going to have to spend a lot of time with her so she will start thinking that daddy is better. I climb on top of soul and kiss his nose. He wakes up after about five kisses. He smiles at me.

"hey babe" he says as he pulls me into an embrace. I lay in his arms for awhile until Mia comes out into the living room.

"I'm hungry!" Mia yells

"how about you and daddy go out to eat while I go shopping!" I sit up and so does soul.

"I want to go shopping!" Mia frowns. Soul looks sad. I don't know what to do.

"ok you and mommy go out to eat and ill go shopping." Soul looks at me and half smiles. He stands up and walks upstairs.

"hey Mia honey? You wanna watch tv? I'll be back in just a minute ok?" I turn on the tv to some cartoon Mia likes. I run upstairs and into our room. Soul is getting dressed.

"soul baby?"

"what?"

"you didn't have to do that"

"yes I did. I just would have been a huge fight."

"no it wouldn't"

"yes it would! Because she thinks I'm the bad guy! That's why she doesn't like me! Because I'm the one that is always scolding her and telling her no! She thinks that if she goes with me then she'll be in trouble the whole time! Because I'm the bad guy!" Soul yells at me. I start to get mad but I have to calm down.

"fine do you want me to be the bad one?" I try to say calmly.

"I never said that"

"well what else am I supposed to do? You keep getting upset about it! And we argue all the time, and I just want it to stop! But I don't know what else to do but be the bad guy!" Oops I lost my cool. Soul sits there.

"whatever Im done with it." Soul stands up and goes down stairs. I follow him. He grabs the keys and his coat and stands by the door.

"ill be back in about an hour and a half. See ya. Bye Mia". Mia doesn't say anything. Soul looks at me and half smiles and leaves. Maybe if I talk to Mia about it.

"hey Mia?" I sit in front of her. " do you like daddy?" Mia doesn't respond. "answer mommy."

"I don't know." I look at mia and frown. I rest my head on the couch. She pats my head. Ahhh. We need to get ready.

"come on lets go get dressed. " I grab her hand and take her to her room. I dress her in her black dress with red buttons. And I put a red bow in her hair. This is her favorite outfit. After that I go in my room To get dressed. I wear blue jeans and a pink lace shirt. And we leave to go out to eat.

when I come home with Mia I notice soul wasn't home. We were gone for about two hours. I walk into the kitchen and see a note on the fridge. It was from soul.

I put the groceries away. I will be at blackstars house. I'll come home around 4:00

ugh not again. Whenever he goes to blackstars, they do something stupid. Ugh I should call tsubaki. I go over to the phone and dial tsubaki's number. It rings once twice three times and then she answers.

"hello?" Tsubaki says with a tired voice.

"hey tsubaki its maka. Is soul at your house. He said he went over there."

"oh hey maka! No unfortunately soul and black star left."

"hey do you mind watching Mia for a bit? While I go find our boyfriends."

"well I was wondering I o could go with you. Could we drop the kids off at your dads?"

"sure . I'll be over there soon." I hang up and head over to tsubaki's house. After I drop Mia off at my dads along with tsubaki's kids.I head over to the bar where they are most likely to be. When i walk In i see soul across the bar. I start to head over then a guy slaps my ass. I turn around and slap him across the face. Then a friend of his tries to kiss tsubaki. Then the guy next to me does the same. Then someone punches him in the face. He stumbles. Then they kick the other guy too. I look at them. It was Liz. The guys walk away mad.

"Liz! Thank god! What are you doing here?" I ask happy to see her.

"oh looking for my boyfriend. Let me guess. Same with you guys right?" Me and tsubaki nod. Liz sighs.

"they are over there. " I point to where our boyfriends are. Then I freeze. Soul was talking to a girl. She seemed about 21. Soul and I are 25. She was smiling. And getting close to him. Then three more girls come over and talk to star, soul, and kidd.

"oh hell no!" Liz screams. We walk over there. Liz taps on kidd shoulder. He turns around. So does the others. "what the f*ck?" Liz asks him mad.

"honey you know very well I don't like these girls. They are unsymmetrical! Just look at them." Liz looks at them and rolls her eyes. The girls glare. Three walk away. Then the other one does. Liz grabs kidds ear and pulls him away.

"bye girls see you later! Come on kidd we have something's to discuss." Liz and kidd walk out. Me and tsubaki look at soul and black star. Black star gives tsubaki a book. And points to his head.

"I deserve it. Hit me as hard as you can!" Black star screams determined.tsubaki hits him. He falls to the ground rubbing his head. She sighs and grabs his foot and drags him away. "see ya maka. I'll talk to you later." They leave. Now its just me and soul. I can tell that he is drunk. I look at him. He looks scared. I look up at the lights. Then I start to cry. I try to hide it but soul notices. And he tries to hug me. I push him away and run out the bar. And he follows.

"maka! Please!" I get in our car and lock the door. I sit and cry in the car. Soul knocks on the window. I roll It down.

"what!?" I scream at him.

"just please maka." I unlock the doors.

"get In. We are going home." He walks to the other side and gets in the car. Our drive home was silent. Until we get home. Mia is staying with my dad tonight. So she won't be here to listen to us fight. I glare at soul. He looks guilty.

"explain!" I yell. He takes a breath.
