Meeting

We head to the "meeting room" and take the 2 empty seats on the opposite side of Mr. Simmons. He heads to the head of the table. A bunch of people are already seated waiting for the meeting to begin.

"OK. Kiana and Alexis thank you for joining us. We as a label have taken interest in Kianas talent. Lately we have been searching for undiscovered raw talent and we think we have found it with Kiana. Now the question becomes will you sign with us?"

"Mr. Simmons this is a great opportunity for kiana and I know she's excited but we can't commit to anything without hearing how much your willing to give."

Mr. Simmons and the rest of the people at the table laugh. " you've always been about your money Alexis."

"Yes sir."

"well were offering 1 million."

In my head I completely freak out. A MILLION DOLLARS.

"Come on Mr. Simmons you know we can do better then that."

Wait what?!?! Is this girl crazy take the million. I shout in my head.

"Alright Alexis. 1.5 million, final offer."

"You've got yourself a deal Joshua Simmons."

He smiles widly and stands up. "Nice to do business with you Alexis. Welcome to the family Kiana." He stands up and shakes both of our hands. We sign the contracts and finish the rest of the process. I walk out finally feeling like I've achieved something. I'm Now a paradise records artist. I can't believe it.
