A little chilled to the bone. (Sans x Reader)

You Numbskull

You raised an eyebrow at sans, causing him to look away. "Are you thinking about leaving?" You frowned, wrapping your arms around him from behind, sighing into his collar. "No. Now, you promised to take me to Alphys' lab! And a promise is a promise, sans!"

You smiled down at him, feeling him give a short chuckle before helping you up. "Come on, we should go then. Hopefully we don't walk in on mettaton doing his stuff."

"Who's... Mettaton?" You tilt your head, looking up at sans, hoping he would explain, because you had heard papyrus mention this guy before, but were never told who it was. Sans chuckled, shaking his head. "You'll see."

You puffed out your cheeks, "geez sans!I just think your too dumb to tell me! You Numbskull." Sans raised an eyebrow as you two walked down towards the boatperson. "Well, I think that your just to think skulled to understand, (Y/N)." Sans grinned, before letting out another chuckle. You smiled, feeling determination fill you.It was always nice to just walk with sans.

You suddenly grabbed onto his arm, catching him off guard. "Huh- what is it (Y/N)-" He cut himself off, chuckling as you snuggled up against him. The two of you reached the river person, setting down in the boat and asking to be brought to Hotland.

By now you two were good friends with the river person, even if they wouldn't tell you about themselves. The river person smiled under their robe, "will do, You two lovebirds are quite busy today aren't you?" You and sans shared a small glance before breaking out into laughter.

Sans chuckled, wiping drool off his chin. The two of you had almost fell out of the boat laughing at that. You sat back up, coughing awkwardly. You caught a glimpse of the riverperson smiling as you reaches the dock. You stepped off the boat, grabbing onto sans hand to keep from falling.

He smiled at you and raised an eyebrow, before turning and walking down a narrow path. You looked around, feeling uncomfortable with all the.. Was that.. Lava?... Around.

Signing, you shrugged and followed sans into what looked like a lab.

You and sans stared up at the big screen in front of you. It displayed the two of you as you stared at the screen that was staring back at it as you continued to stare at it staring at you.It was... Creepy... To say the least. You looked over at sans to see if he knew what was going on.

He had a dumbfounded look on his face, his eyes rather wide. After a few moments of staring, he chuckled, "Alphys has been spying on us! That.. Little..." He clutched his fist. You frowned, quickly placing a hand on his shoulder, which thankfully claimed him down. You sighed, shrugging.

"Oh yeah!" You suddenly remembered something, "I remember seeing a camera in the bushes at the ruin door and hidden behind the waterfall!" Sans raised an eyebrow, "that so...?" You nodded.

You wee going to say something, really, you were, but you noticed movement behind sans and raised an eyebrow, looking over his shoulder, he noticed, and did the same. The movement was a shirt, yellow dinosaur like creature, who was holding their tail nervously, feet pointed together.

Sans gave an exasperated sigh, turning around and started to walk towards alphys, growling slightly, "alllphhyyyyyssss.." You frowned, and started to walk after him.

The dinosaur- presumably alphys- squeaked, "O-oh.. H-hey.. Sans.. H-human..." She muttered, raising her shoulders. You picked up the pace, putting a hand on sans shoulder again and holding him back, earning a sharp whine from him. "But (Y/N)!"

"Sans! I came here to have fun. Now behave." You scolded. Sans sulked in your grip, but after a few moments, he glared back at toy, grinning slyly, "I know somewhere we can have even more fun~"

You felt your cheeks flush hotly, and let go of him, "Sans!" You looked away, Alphys catching your attention. You walked up to her and offered your hand. "Hi, I'm (Y/N).. You must be alphys. Its nice to meet you."

You smiled, waiting patiently for her to shake your hand. But she never did. You frowned, trying again, "I'm sorry sans is being such a bonehead. I came to see if we could maybe hangout, or if you could help me with my.. Erh.. Cold.. Undyne says your really cool and smart!"

Alphys piped up, taking your hand, "Uh-Undyne.. She.. She said that? A-About me?" You nodded, shaking her claw before taking your hand back. "She also says you like human cartoons. Can I see them?" Alphys smiled weakly at you and nodded. You went upstairs with her, sans following slowly, almost like a lost puppy

You held your Hans up to your mouth,laughing at the joke alphys had just made about the anime character. Sans was leaning against the wall behind the two of you. You had offered him a seat next to you, but he declined, sadly. You through him a glance, flashing a frown to show you wanted him next to you, but he just shrugged.

Alphus had already explained she had put Cameras up to see if humans had come through the ruins, but when she saw you meant no harm, she simply used hem to follow your journey.. Oh and had she seen EVERYTHING that happened between you and sans. It made you a bit embarrassed.. But you couldn't help it now. Thought you wondered what was eating at sans.

Yawning you looked over at sans, leaning against the back of the bed rest. "Sans W-" you stopped, raising your eyebrow as you heard a loud "CLANG" ring out into the lab.

"Oh no.." Alphys muttered, standing up sharply. "Not mettaton!"

Might see some protective sans soon~ oooooh. Okay, well, I need to go pass out Now. Its exactly 12:12 am. Might respond to notes for a while but I might also fall asleep. Hehe~
